Turn off power at the main circuit breaker before installation. Mount the metal fixture bracket to a standard outdoor junction box and connect the wiring (black to live, white to neutral, and copper/green to ground) using wire connectors. Secure the lantern base to the mounting wall surface and apply exterior silicone caulk along the top and sides of the backplate to seal against moisture. Install the included ST19 vintage filament LED bulb into the socket. Restore power; the built-in photocell dusk-to-dawn sensor will automatically activate the lantern when darkness is detected.
