This ATEX-rated unit utilizes catalytic combustion principle for accurate detection of combustible gases and vapors. The sensor is compatible with 15-30V DC and offers an output signal range of 4-20mA. The ATEX-EXP-SNR-TG-CGV-CCS-LV is an ATEX-rated catalytic combustion sensor designed to detect flammable gases and vapors. This device operates on 15-30V DC and provides a 4-20mA output signal. Equipped with a 0-100%, 0-50% LEL detection range, the sensor features an expected lifespan of 3-5 years. Wiring is facilitated by four terminal ports. Upon detection of flammable gas or vapor in the area, operators may view the device for accurate readings. For best results, the combustible sensor should be mounted at heights based on the density of the target gas or vapor. Examples of combustible gases and vapors for detection: Acetone, Acetylene, Butane, Hydrogen Chloride, Hydrogen Cyanide, Diethyl Ether, Ethanol, Landfill Gas, Helium, Methane, Carbon Monoxide, Xylene and more.
