This 50-watt halogen lamp is ATEX/IEC rated and operates on 120V AC. Operators can mount the device on compatible surfaces, sight glass fittings and visual flow indicators using a bracket or nut. The ATEX-EXPSG-120-50W is a compact halogen fixture designed for sight glass applications in flammable work sites. The 50-watt unit operates on 120V AC and offers powerful illumination with help from internal reflectors surrounding the bulb. A spot light beam configuration ensures thorough and glare-free illumination when in use. The ATEX-EXPSG-120-50W is constructed of die-cast aluminum alloy with stainless steel fastening components. The lens is made out of glass with an O-ring seal. This explosion proof halogen light is IP67-rated and features resistance to corrosive elements. Internal components of the fixture are accessible through the screw-in lens for seamless maintenance, which also improves illuminative efficiency. The ATEX/IEC-rated explosion proof lamp is suitable for Zones 1 and 2 (gas); and Zones 21 and 22 (dust). Mounting: The ATEX-EXPSG-120-50W is compatible with several mounting requirements and configurations. For surface mounting, the unit can be attached directly using a nut, flanged adapter collar or hinged bracket. Bracket components allow robust, angled positioning of the light head. The ATEX/IEC rated fixture also supports compatibility with circular sight glass fittings (DIN 28120, DIN 28121), weld-neck type MV sight glass fittings, ANSI flange types and visual flow indicators.
