If the failure is a manufacturer defect, we will ship a new replacement to the customer. If failure occurs within 30 days of receipt, Larson Electronics will provide a return label via email to the customer. When the failed light is returned, Larson Electronics will ship a new replacement.  
' Product Overview '
Buy American Compliant The Larson Electronics BL24-LED-600V-100-HD LED Blasting Light offers high light output and extreme durability combined with a versatile magnetic trunnion mounting system that provides convenience and 270 degrees of adjustability. This IP68 rated LED blasting light is waterproof to three meters and produces 4,320 lumens . This light runs on standard 120-277 VAC and comes equipped with a 400 lbs grip magnetic mount and 100 feet of 600V SO cord.   The BL24-LED-600V-100-HD LED blasting light from Larson Electronics produces 4,320 lumens of bright light and includes an encapsulated inline transformer to allow operation with standard 120-277 VAC. Twenty-four Edison Edixeon® Emitters containing CREE EZBright® three watt LEDs producing 180 lumens each are arranged in rows and paired with high purity 35 degree optics to produce an evenly spread floodlight beam approximately 350 feet wide and 225 feet long. We also offer optional spotlight versions with 10 degree optics to produce a tighter beam with much longer throw and higher intensity. These LED blasting lights are IP68 rated and waterproof to 3 meters, sealed against intrusion by dust and dirt and very ruggedly constructed to withstand the most demanding environments, conditions and applications. These units are constructed of extruded aluminum and feature heavier housings, rubber isolated standard mounts and unbreakable polycarbonate lenses to provide increased durability against vibrations, impacts, and the harsh conditions of blasting operations. This light is equipped with two 200 lbs grip magnets at the base and 100 foot cord to provide ample mounting versatility. This magnetic mounting system allows fast and easy setup of this light and will hold the fixture in place under high vibration conditions.
This high voltage light is equipped to run directly from 120 to 277 VAC, allowing it to be operated from any standard wall outlet. The incoming AC voltage is stepped down to  24 volt DC current output supplied to the LED blasting light. We also offer this light with an amber light output to enhance the penetration in low visibility (due to steam or particulates) environments.  Heat Management: Heat is the single largest factor in premature LED failure and color shifting. As a result, many manufacturers reduce the output of their LEDs to reduce the amount of heat produced. These LED light bars utilize an extruded aluminum housing that incorporates an advanced heat radiating fin design which dissipates heat efficiently to produce the maximum amount of power and longevity from the integrated Edison Edixeon® Emitters. The end result is more light and longer LED life with higher average lumen maintenance after 50,000 hours. Voltage Control: These units are able to monitor and adjust input current to maintain the correct LED voltage levels regardless of input levels across a specific range. This particular blasting light is fitted with our DCP-11-DP-HD encapsulated inline transformer terminated in a 15 amp Leviton 14W47 wet guard plug which allows operators to simply plug the unit into any standard wall outlet equipped with 120-277VAC.

Durability: This series of LED blasting lights from Larson Electronics offer IP68 rated construction that is designed to withstand extremes of environmental and operating conditions. These units can withstand rapid temperature changes of -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, are waterproof to three meters, and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The housings are formed from thick extruded aluminum and the lenses are unbreakable polycarbonate. The Edixeon® LEDs offer inherent LED resistance to shocks and vibrations contributing to these units 15.6Grms rating of vibration tolerance. We recommend these LED lights for high stress - high vibratory conditions, high humidity climates, very cold areas and rough saltwater conditions. They are also well suited to environments where equipment is used in one temperature extreme and stored in another temperature extreme. Protective Mylar covers are available to protect the lens faceplate and catch overspray in coating applications. The adhesive backed Mylar lens covers can be peeled off and replaced easily. Adjustable Magnetic Mounting: The dual 200 lbs magnets and adjustable mounting design on the BL24-LED-600V-100-HD allows for easy fixture placement and post-placement angle positioning. This means that by loosening 2 hex bolts located on either side of the light, the operator can adjust the positioning angle of this light 270 degrees. Then he/she would simply have to tighten bolts to lock the angle in place. No tools are required for adjusting angle. This mounting system makes this unit ideal for vehicle and equipment lighting applications where the unit can simply be attached or removed as needed. Please note, the magnetic base on this unit increases the units overall height from 5" to 6.3" total.  Wiring: This unit is equipped with 100 feet of 600V SO cable leading to an encapsulated step down transformer. There is two feet of 600V SO cable coming out of the inline transformer, and is terminated in a 14W47 cord cap. This inline power supply for this LED blasting light is an auto sensing universal voltage transformer that operates on any voltage within the 100-277 volts AC 50/60Hz range. This unit allows operators to power the LED blasting light from any 120-277V AC power source, and steps down AC voltage to 24V DC.
