Featuring five drilled and tapped operator holes, the unit supports several control mechanisms for heavy-duty machines. One emergency stop pushbutton, two 3-position selector switches and two jog pushbuttons can be found on this station. Constructed of aluminum with stainless steel components, the NEMA-rated unit is surface mount compatible. The EPCS-2XMPB-2X3PS-1XEST-MOD1 is a durable explosion proof control station designed for hazardous locations. Featuring a maximum voltage rating of 600V AC, this unit supports a total of five drilled and tapped operator holes. For emergency stop, a single pushbutton maintained contact mushroom head is available with an `ESTOP` marked legend plate. Operators may engage commands using two, 3-position selector switches, which come with Manual/Off/Auto and FWD/Off/Rev legend plates. Operators are also provided access to two jog pushbuttons. The single forward jog pushbutton is terminated in parallel with the FWD contact of the `screen FWD/Off/Rev` 3-position selector switch. The jog switch features a `Screen FWD` label and only works when the `Screen M-O-A` switch is manually positioned. The reverse jog pushbutton with a `Screen Rev` label is terminated in parallel with the Rev contact of the `screen FWD/Off/Rev` 3-position selector switch. This component only works when the `Screen M-O-A` switch is manually positioned. The EPCS-2XMPB-2X3PS-1XEST-MOD1 is constructed of aluminum with stainless steel parts. Operator name plates are displayed for accurate and proper use of the unit. The NEMA-rated control station is compatible with surface mount configurations.
