| The EPJ-TC-L-V1-TB3 from Larson Electronics is an Explosion Proof Thermo Coupler that protects and provides access to electrical connections/devices in flammable work environments. Designed for Class I, Division 1 and Class II, Division 1 rated sites, the compact NEMA 4X device features copper-free die-cast aluminum construction and comes with a stainless steel provision nameplate and a 3 connection terminal block that is raated for 10-amps. The EPJ-TC-L-V1-TB3 offers electrical protection and access to sensitive equipment and/or connections in Class I, Division 1 and Class II, Division 1 combustible facilities. This explosion proof unit comes with a provision nameplate and ball chain for added safety. The thermocouple head is made of copper-free die-cast aluminum with an epoxy-coated O-ring and stainless steel nameplate/ball chain. A NEMA 4X rating provides protection against ingress of water, dust/debris, corrosion and external formation of ice. This IP66/IP68 explosion proof accessory can be used in ATEX/IECEX rated sites. Hubs: This explosion proof device accommodates a terminal block or head-mounted transmitter. Equipped with two threaded hubs for input and output connections, the unit is offered in 1/2" NPT or 3/4" NPT. |
