This explosion proof enclosure is ideal for Class I, Division 2 sites and indoor or outdoor applications where flammable vapors, gases, or dusts exist or stand the potential to exist. The EPL-TWH-SS-8.12.6-N4X-6XTB-MOD3 features an internal backplate that is equipped with six, 30-amp contact blocks. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO EXPLOSION PROOF ENCLOSURES* The EPL-TWH-SS-8.12.6-N4X-6XTB-MOD3 explosion proof enclosure is made of 316 stainless steel and features a Type 4X protection rating. Equipped with a screw cover, this Class I, Division 2 junction box measures 11.81" x 7.87" x 5.91". A 1/4" external earth protection is available on the unit. This terminal strip junction box is designed for easy mounting on walls or surfaces. Hubs: The EPL-TWH-SS-8.12.6-N4X-6XTB-MOD3 is equipped with three hubs. (1) 3/4" NPT hub on the north side of the enclosure, (1) 3/4" NPT hub on the west side of the enclosure, and (1) 3/4" NPT hub on the south side of the enclosure. All holes include galvanized hubs and are centered on the enclosure. Applications: Offshore rigs, sewage and wastewater treatment plants, coal plants, gas facilities and any other hazardous location where an explosion proof enclosure is needed. |
