Constructed of copper-free aluminum, the explosion proof accessory features an extra long grounding pole for operational safety. The EPP-250-1P-20A is a sturdy explosion proof plug for Class I, Divisions 1 & 2; and Class I, Zones 1 & 2 work sites. This accessory is rated at 20 amps and supports compatibility with 125-250V 60 Hz. The unit can be used with straight or angled receptacles. Taking on a 2-wire, 1-pole configuration, the explosion proof plug features solder terminations for reliable connections. Durability:Â The EPP-250-1P-20A is factory sealed and constructed of copper-free aluminum. Contacts are made through round tellurion copper tubing, allowing the explosion proof accessory to withstand arcing. This unit features an extra long grounding pole for safety and secured bonding.
