This explosion proof human/machine interface (HMI) is ideal for indoor or outdoor applications where flammable vapors, gases, or dusts exist or stand the potential to exist. The EXP-DM-R1-12-1080P-HD-4X0.75S has a 13" x 13" window and accessible buttons on the lid for seamless viewing and use. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO EXPLOSION PROOF ENCLOSURES* The EXP-DM-R1-12-1080P-HD-4X0.75S explosion proof human machine interface is protected by a cast aluminum alloy housing, equipped with steel bolts and includes a weatherproof gasket for a NEMA 4 protection rating. This HMI is viewable in real-time via a 13"H x 13"L window with accessible buttons. The explosion proof device offers crisp 1920x1080p screen resolution with 16:9 aspect ratio. Video input includes: VGA, BNC, HDMI, AV and USB. This explosion proof monitor contains four 3/4" NPT hubs for cable and power connections to the human machine interface. The unit is suitable for Class I, II and III rated combustible sites. Construction: This series is certified to NEC standards for United States and CEC Canada. We offer an ATEX/IEC Ex model for global applications. These explosion proof units are NEMA 4 rated, for indoor and outdoor use and provide a degree of protection against dirt, water, and ice. NEMA 4X equipment can be equipped upon request. NEMA 4X models include all stainless steel external hardware. Operator lid hinges can be fitted on the enclosure for regular opening and closing. Breather plugs, drain plugs, and grounding lugs can be added at customer request. Customization: Larson Electronics can customize this explosion proof HMI for compatibility with existing systems, assemblies, work flows and processes or assist in designing units for new installation. We can add indicator lights, windows, hinges, operator handles, push button switches, momentary push button switches, emergency stop push buttons, selector switches, on/off switches, terminal blocks, relays, PLCs, mounting pans and more. Customized labels are also available for each operator in order to meet various requirements.
