| Made in the USA The Larson Electronics FLB-A LED Strobing Beacon works on 12 to 48 volts DC offers a choice of strobe patterns and is designed specifically for use on forklifts.  This compact, SAE J845 Class III compliant LED beacon contains an LED lamp assembly that produces 360° of brilliant light without the dark spots or uneveness of traditional incandescent beacon lights. This LED beacon is amber color only and includes a permanent mounting system via through holes and self tapping screws. This permanent mounting system provides maximum mounting security and reliable performance. The small size and low power requirements coupled with the high durabilty of this unit make it ideal for use on forklifts where a dependable strobe solution is needed.  This permanent mount LED beacon has triple, quad, double and fast single flash modes that flash at approximately 109 flashes per minute. This waterproof and shock resistant beacon has a black cast aluminum base that mounts with 3 self tapping screws and includes a gasket for positive sealing to the mounting surface. This unit contains a fully potted circuit board topped off with an LED assembly protected by a polycarbonate lens cover that is designed to efficiently distribute the flash over a 360 degree radius. The color of this unit is produced by color specific LEDs rather than a colored lens. This increases the effectiveness and reliability of the unit as there is no chance of lens discoloration and no loss of output due to lens dissipation. This LED beacon draws less than 1/4 amps on 12 volts and can be operated with 12 to 48 volt DC current. Power and ground leads protrude from the base of this LED beacon to power the unit. Operator provides 16 AWG wire to power source (battery, fuse block, etc.) This unit generates a superior signal in an extremely small, durable package. |
