The FRL-CFL-E26-26W is a spiral CFL light bulb that can serve as an upgrade from standard service light bulbs. Utilizing only 26 Watts and designed to operate with 120 Volts AC, this lamp provides higher efficiency than traditional incandescentbulbs and is a direct fit replacement. The FRL-CFL-E26-26W is equipped with an internal ballast. This lamp is

compatible with incandescent dimmers and it does

This lamp has an acceptable operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C and an operational life of 10,000 hours. These 100 watt equivalent lamps feature a high color rendering index (CRI), instant-on capability, and a high degree of reliability. The FRL-CFL-E26-26W measures 4.8" long and has a 2.25" diameter. This CFL lamp is offered in a color temperature of 5000 K.
The E26 base is the same screw in base that the standard light bulb in the US and Europe. You can use this CFL light bulb in a standard lamp in your home. However, given the durability and longevity, we also see this CFL light bulb as an ideal solution for sealed hand lamps and drop lights that usually involve replacement seals, gaskets, etc. when relamping. As such, this CFL light bulb can provide additional safety measures and time savings, given the low heat production and that it does not require replacing for 10,000 hours.
