This portable LED mini light tower operates on 12-24V DC and is equipped with a 25` cord with battery clamp terminals. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO LIGHT MASTS, LIGHT TOWERS, OR QUADPODS* The HAL-31L-LV-TP1-25BC is a tripod mounted hazardous location LED light and provides 2,334 lumens of light output while only drawing 31 watts. This portable LED tripod light has a removable LED light head measuring 7 inches in diameter mounted on top of an adjustable aluminum tripod for easy positioning of the unit from one area of the workspace to another. The LED light head on this unit produces a wide 100° flood pattern of light that is ideal for illuminating enclosed areas such as tanks and containers and is suitable for hazardous locations where flammable vapors, gases and dusts may be present. We also offer a 30° spot configuration which is better suited for distance. Aluminum construction, high power LED light output, and a high degree of adjustability, make this an ideal lightweight alternative to heavy traditional metal halide or incandescent tripod lighting systems. This portable LED light tripod is comprised of a 7 inch LED light head fitted to a specially designed removable aluminum mounting bracket mounted atop an adjustable tripod fabricated from non sparking aluminum. The non sparking, adjustable and collapsible tripod can be extended to ten feet in height and collapsed to three feet, providing a high degree of versatility and portability. The explosion proof LED light fixture can be removed from the tripod by releasing the hand knob and sliding the light and mounting bracket off of the tripod support while the legs can be collapsed, aiding in deployment, storage and transport. The lamp can be easily adjusted up, down, or from side to side, and locked into position, which combined with the 360 degrees of rotation and 90 degrees of tilt offered by the LED light head provides an effective alternative to often cumbersome explosion proof string lights. The LED light head on this unit measures 16 inches in diameter, which allows it to fit through most standard size manholes and entry points. The LED light head can be removed from the tripod, the tripod collapsed, and the entire assembly passed through a manhole and reassembled once inside.  | ||||
This unit is also multi-voltage capable and is configured to operate on 12-24 volts DC. Included with this LED light tripod is 25 feet of SOOW cord terminated in battery clamps, allowing the C1D2 LED light to be powered from low voltage batteries outside of the hazardous environment. This lamp is T3 temperature rated and the LED light head retains 80% of its lumen output after 100,000 hours of use, far longer than incandescent or fluorescent lamps. The light head can be removed and used separately from the tripod for added convenience.
NOTE: For taller tripod mount applications or unstable, vibratory applications where operators might bump the light, the is a better choice. The EPL-TP-1x150LED-100 also better choice where operators prefer to roll around the deployed unit.
