Made in the USA The HAL-CRNM-LED10W-PC-G2-10C-EPP from Larson Electronics is a Class I, Division 2 and Class II, Division 2 Chemical Resistant LED Light that is for use in hazardous locations and produces 1,150 total lumens. This waterproof LED equipped light can be ceiling or wall mounted, and available in 120-277V AC, 12V DC or 24V DC voltage configurations. The HAL-CRNM-LED10W-PC-G2-10C-EPP features a durable and resiliant polycarbonate lens. The powerful and durable HAL-CRNM-LED10W-PC-G2-10C-EPP explosion proof LED light from Larson Electronics is ideal for industrial applications, hazardous work spaces, and areas where gases and vapors may be present and a powerful and durable general purpose light solution is needed. The lamp housing is waterproof, constructed of corrosion and chemical resistant polycarbonate with a polycarbonate lens, USCG accepted, ABS Type approved, and NEMA 4X compliant and suitable for hose-down areas. This LED lamp has a 50,000 hour operational life and is available in 120-277V AC, 12V DC or 24V DC configurations for high or low voltage operation.
Lamp: The 12-watt LED lamp used in this unit produces nearly 3 times the illumination of incandescent lamps as measured in foot candles, at less than 1/10th of the electricity usage and without the associated heat. This LED light runs at operating temperatures of 55°F, greatly reducing the chances of accidents or burns commonly associated with incandescent drop lights. The solid state LED bulb has no filament, making it resistant to damage from impacts and dropping. This lamp has a high efficiency LED bulb that requires no ballast, so the operator doesn`t need to drag the ballast housing around. LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied, providing instant illumination with no warm up or cool down time before re-striking. Because there is no warm up period, this light can be cycled on and off with no reduction in lamp life. LED lights run at significantly cooler temperatures than traditional metal halide and high pressure sodium lights and contain no harmful gases, vapors, or mercury, making them both safer and more energy efficient. No extra energy is wasted in cooling enclosed work areas due to external heat emissions from bulb type lights, and the operator risks associated with traditional lighting methods, such as accidental burns and exposure to hazardous substances contained in the glass bulbs, are eliminated. In addition, LEDs are also safer for the environment as they are 100% recyclable, which eliminates the need for costly special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps.

Wiring & Plug: This explosion proof LED light is equipped with 10 feet of 16/3 chemical and abrasion resistant SOOW cord that is fitted with an explosion proof cord cap for easy connection to explosion proof outlets. Plug options include a 5-15 15 amp straight blade plug for use with 120V explosion proof outlets, a 5-20 20 amp straight blade plug for use with 120V explosion proof outlets, or a 6-20 20 amp straight blade plug for use with 220-240V explosion proof outlets. **PLEASE NOTE** voltage ratings on plugs and outlets are MAXIMUM voltage. For low voltage applications, proper voltage must be applied to the outlet or damage to the light fixture will occur.
