| Made in the USA The Larson Electronics HAL-LI-48-2L-LED-RED-1227 Hazardous Area LED Light Fixture is U.S./Canada ETL listed Class 1 Division 2 Groups A, B, C and D and ideal for use in paint spray booth, clean rooms and industrial hazardous locations where accumulated paint and finish residues may be encountered. This unit is of a lay-in mount, front loading troffer design offering a 2` width x 4` length x 2 1/2" depth mounting profile for providing maximum illumination from limited mounting space. ***PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO THIS HAZARDOUS LOCATION LIGHT FIXTURE*** The HAL-LI-48-2L-LED-RED-1227 fixture is a 4 foot long, 2 lamp, Class 1 Division 2 Groups A, B, C and D hazardous area LED light with red illumination and a good choice for use in industrial clean room applications and paint spray booths. This front access troffer style fixture is T3C temperature rated, vapor proof and dust proof, and comes standard with two 12-watt high power LED lamps that run cooler, use less power, and produce more light than standard T5 fluorescent lamps. Each lamp consists of three separate 4 watt LED strips that produce 145 lumens of red light each for a total of 435 lumens per lamp, and 870 lumens for the entire fixture. The housing on this unit is constructed of powder coated 20 gauge steel, and is sealed and gasketed for safety. The lamp housing contains a highly reflective insert to increase light output efficiency. The LED lamps are held in place by spring loaded sockets and protected by a 90° hinged glass door with a 3/16†tempered glass lens which is secured with three turn latches. This fixture can run with 90-305V AC and 127-431V DC without modifications. Wiring is through 1/2 NPT wiring hubs located on the back side of the fixture. This fixture also provides added safety through the inclusion of an integral magnetic paint spray cutoff switch that shuts down paint spray systems when the fixture is opened. This fixture features a troffer lay-in mounting design housing that measures only 2 and 1/4 inches in thickness and 2 feet wide by four feet long, resulting in a very low profile fixture that is deal for flush mounting in ceilings that utilize standard sized ceiling tiles. | ||||
LED Efficiency: We have eliminated the ballast normally associated with fluorescent fixtures which reduces overall weight, increases lamp life to an extreme 50,000 hours and helps this LED fixture maintain a T-3C temperature rating. The solid state design of the included LED lamps give this fixture superior resistance to damage from vibrations and extremes in temperature as well as a lamp service life over twice that of standard T5-bulbs. The 24 watt LED lamps produce more illumination than standard T5 bulbs, but draw only 1/3rd of the current. The current generation of Larson Electronics LED T-series style bulbs produce 15% more light than standard T5 bulbs. This fixture is multi-voltage capable (not multi-tap) and works on the following voltages: 120 Volt 60 HZ, 220 Volt 50 HZ, 240 Volt 60 HZ, 277 Volts 60 HZ.
