The Larson Electronics LEDBLT-18W-30K is a low profile industrial lighting solution approved for outdoor environments and IP65 waterproof for use in wet locations This powerful LED light produces 1,530 lumens, operates on 120 to 270V AC, features an adjustable trunnion mounting bracket, and is available in a variety of configurations to allow tailoring to the specific requirements of various applications.
The LEDBLT-18W-30K is designed to provide a high output and ruggedly durable lighting solution for applications where corrosion resistance and waterproof light fixtures are required. This industrial LED light is offered in a focused 25° spot beam for distance or 60° flood beam for a diffused wide angle beam. An adjustable trunnion mount in the center of the light housing allows for full adjustability after installation, allowing for precise aiming of this LED light. This housing is constructed of precision machined aluminum for excellent strength and durability, powder coated for corrosion resistance, and is rated IP65 for ingress protection against direct exposure to water jets from all directions.
The LEDBLT-18W-30K provides a cool white light output with a color temperature of 3000K and color rendering index of 85 for maximum illumination. The high output, cool running operation, and good color rendering properties of this light make it an ideal replacement for older, bulkier, and less reliable incandescent and halogen lamps.

Durability:
The LEDBLT-18W-30K industrial grade LED light is constructed of machined aluminum for high strength and durability with a powder coated finish for increased corrosion resistance. The housing is IP65 rated, providing protection against intrusion into the housing from oils and water directly sprayed on the housing from all directions. This LED light is equipped with an impact resistant polycarbonate lens for increased safety compared to glass lenses. This design is weather resistant, suitable for indoor or outdoor applications, and ideal for areas where wet conditions are commonly encountered.
LED Benefits:
Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied, providing instant illumination with no warm up or cool down time before re-striking. Because there is no warm up period, this light can be cycled on and off with no reduction in lamp life.
LED lights run at significantly cooler temperatures than traditional metal halide and high pressure sodium lights and contain no harmful gases, vapors, or mercury, making them both safer and more energy efficient. No extra energy is wasted in cooling enclosed work areas due to external heat emissions from bulb type lights, and the operator risks associated with traditional lighting methods, such as accidental burns and exposure to hazardous substances contained in the glass bulbs, are eliminated. In addition, LEDs are also safer for the environment as they are 100% recyclable, which eliminates the need for costly special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps.
High Output LEDs:
The LEDs in this unit are Cree units that have been chosen for their high lumen per watt ratio and extreme long life. These Cree LEDs provide over 85 lumens per watt effective lumen output and have a 70% lumen retention at 50,000 hours, giving them better efficiency and operational life than traditional light sources. These lights are equipped with high purity optics and available in a 25° spotlight configuration for long beam length or 60° flood configuration for wide area coverage. Utilizing a polycarbonate lens, this fixture produces a higher light output than similar fixtures equipped with thicker glass lenses. The LEDBLT-18W-30K has is offered in 3,000K cool white with a color rendering of 85.
Mounting:
Mounting for this unit is provided by an included aluminum trunnion yoke that allows vertical adjustment of the light once installed. The mounting yoke is predrilled with thru-hole for easy and secure mounting to flat surfaces or pipe mounting. The entire assembly weighs 2 lbs and measures only 2.3" in diameter and approximately 4.75" long, making it ideal for mounting in areas where space is limited and a heavy fixture cannot be installed due to lack of support.
Wiring/Power:
These industrial LED lights are equipped with 12" of SEOOW cable with flying leads. These light are universal voltage capable and can be operated with 100-277 VAC, 50/60Hz. We also offer a low voltage version of this LED fixture that operates on low voltage from 11-25 volts AC/DC. This light draws 0.15A at 120V, 0.075A at 240V, 0.065A at 277V, 1.5A at 12V, or 0.75A at 24V.
