Buy American Compliant The Larson Electronics LEDLB-24-ALMB LED Light Bar offers high light output in a light weight, durable, low profile housing combined with versatile mounting and power options. This IP67 rated LED light bar is waterproof to one meter and produces 4,320 lumens while drawing only 72 watts of power @6 amps from a 12 volt electrical system. This light can run on any voltage from 9 to 42 volts and includes an adjustable locking base with 200 lbs grip magnetic mount and a 12` detachable cigarette cord plug.   The LEDLB-24-ALMB LED light bar from Larson Electronics produces a 900` long by 100` wide light beam with 4,320 lumens of bright light while drawing only 72 watts @6 amps from a 12 volt electrical system. Twenty Four Edison Edixeon® Emitters containing CREE EZBright® three watt LEDs producing 180 lumens each are paired with high purity 10 degree optics to produce a tightly focused spot beam with limited spread or light spillage. We also offer optional floodlight versions with 35 degree optics to produce a wider beam spread approximately 300` long by 280` feet wide, making flood versions ideal for use as work and area lights. This unit includes a rugged adjustable locking base with a 200lbs grip magnet and 12` foot long cord ending in a cigarette plug adapter. This mounting system makes this unit ideal for mobile applications such as those found in security, law enforcement and hunting and allows fast and easy removal and setup of the light from one vehicle to another. These LED light bars are IP67 rated and waterproof to one meter, sealed against intrusion by dust and dirt and ruggedly constructed to withstand demanding environments and applications. The entire Larson Electronics LEDLB series are constructed of extruded aluminum and feature rubber isolated mounts and unbreakable polycarbonate lenses to provide durability and resistance to vibrations, impacts, waves, hard rains, sand and high winds.

Heat Management: Heat is the single largest factor in premature LED failure and color shifting. As a result, many manufacturers reduce the output of their LEDs to reduce the amount of heat produced. These LED light bars utilize an extruded aluminum housing that incorporates an advanced heat radiating fin design which dissipates heat efficiently to produce the maximum amount of power and longevity from the integrated Edison Edixeon® Emitters. The end result is more light and longer LED life with higher average lumen maintenance after 50,000 hours. Voltage Control: These units are able to monitor and adjust input current to maintain the correct LED voltage levels regardless of input levels ranging from 9 to 42 VDC. These LEDLB series light bars can operate on current ranging from 9 to 42 VDC without any modifications necessary as a result. This multi-voltage capability makes these units ideal for mobile and stand alone applications such as those found on boats, heavy equipment and vehicles where power systems don’t always operate with 12 volts and external generators, transformers or inverters are impractical.

Durability: The LEDLB series of LED light bars from Larson Electronics are lighter and smaller then our LEDLB-E extreme series and offer IP67 rated construction that is designed to withstand tough environmental and operating conditions. These units can operate in temperatures ranging from -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, are waterproof to one meter and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The housings are formed from extruded aluminum, the hardware is stainless steel and the lenses are unbreakable polycarbonate. The Edixeon® LEDs offer inherent LED resistance to shocks and vibrations, contributing to these units 15.6Grms rating of vibration tolerance. These LEDLB series light bars are ideal for use in demanding environments as well as industrial and commercial settings. Mounting: These LEDLB light bars feature a smaller profile and lighter weight than our LEDLB-E series lights, making them ideal for use in locations where traditional lights cannot fit or would block other mounted equipment. This LED light emitter bar is mounted on an adjustable locking magnetic base that allows the operator to easily set and lock in the angle of the light`s beam. Rubber shock isolators add additional protection to the LED light emitter. The magnetic base is 5 inches in diameter and has 200 pounds of magnetic grip power. The LED light assembly comes with a detachable 12 foot coil cord with cigarette plug. In order to position the emitter light, a spring loaded pin can be pulled back and then dropped into any one of the index holes. This allows operator to easily select any angle in rotation or tilt and then lock into place. Once locked into place, the light cannot be vibrated out of its position. This mounting system was originally designed for gunners in the military who needed an adjustable mount that would allow them to easily change the direction of the beam yet would hold the selected angle even while firing repetitive rounds from a 50 caliber gun. Note: Most Larson Electronics LEDLB, LEDP3W, LEDP10W, and LED10W series LED spotlights and floodlights are terminated with a Deutsch IPD / LADD DT04-2P connector. The mating connector plug is DT06-2S. Most LEDLB and LED10W series lights ship with mating connector as part of a harness or pigtail, depending on the model. Some larger LED lights like the LEDLB-160X2 or LEDLB-200X2 or multiple function LED lights (i.e. high/low beam, modulating, IR/Visible combos) will have different Deutsch connectors. Visible and IR Options:This unit is also available in Infrared configurations that produce light in the infrared spectrum and are designed for use with night vision devices and equipment. IR versions of this light do not produce visible light and are available in 850 and 940Nm IR variations for use in military, law enforcement and other applications that require an infrared light source.
