This unit is Made In USA - Manufactured in Texas The Larson Electronics LM-12-4.5-5S-FM-2X24ET-LV fold over 5-stage light mast provides a safe and effective way for operators to quickly deploy 144 watts of intense illumination to elevations of up to twelve feet. This light tower features a rotating boom that allows for 360° of rotation, a removable mast head for storing mounted equipment when not in use and (2) of our LEDLB-24ET LEDs for the max amount of illumination. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO LIGHT MASTS OR LIGHT TOWERS* This telescoping five stage steel light mast from Larson Electronics is designed to allow operators to quickly and safely deploy 144 watts in locations where this equipment must be elevated to heights up to 12` for effective coverage. This light boom can be extended to 12` for maximum area coverage and collapsed to 4.5` for applications where a smaller footprint is required. The tower is constructed of square steel tubing with a base stage 3.04` in length and 7" by 7" by 1/4" thick, fourth stage 3.23` in length and 5" by 5" by 3/16" thick, third stage 3.42` and 4" by 4" by 1/8" thick, second stage 3.6` and 3" by 3" by 1/8" thick and a top stage 3.77` and 2" by 2" by 1/8" thick. Each section has a 2` minimum overlap. The mast is elevated by pressing down on the end of base stage, elevating the mast into the upright position. The mast is extended to its full height using an included 1,000 lbs hand winch with 3/16" galvanized cable.

Included with this 5-stage light tower are two of Larson Electronics LEDLB-24ET LEDs, producing a total of 8,640 lumens at only 144 watts. The housing on these bright LEDs are made up of aluminum, while the lens is constructed of polycarbonate. The LEDLB-E series of LED light bars from Larson Electronics offer IP68 rated construction that is designed to withstand extremes of environmental and operating conditions. These units can withstand rapid temperature changes of -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, are waterproof to three meters and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The housings are formed from thick extruded aluminum and the lenses are unbreakable polycarbonate. The CREE EZBright®LEDs offer inherent LED resistance to shocks and vibrations contributing to these units 15.6Grms rating of vibration tolerance. We recommend these LED lights for high stress - high vibratory conditions, high humidity climates, very cold areas and rough saltwater conditions. They are also well suited to environments where equipment is used in one temperature extreme and stored in another temperature extreme. The LM series of towers are powder coated with glossy blue finish for corrosion resistances and aesthetics. These light masts are typically mounted to trailers or other stable surfaces via a 15" by 13" by 1/4" thick mounting base-plate which has been drilled to accept six 9/16" anchor bolts. A 44" wide and 2" by 2" by 1/4" thick mounting plate is attached to the upper section of the mast which provides a strong and stable platform for light fixtures and equipment. The LM family of telescoping towers feature a proprietary mast guidance system, which provides increased stability during high winds. When lowered to 4.5`, the mast can withstand winds up to 125 mph. When elevated to its full upright position, the mast can be rotated a full 360°. By loosening the T-Handle, operators can rotate the mast with ease in either direction. The mast can be positioned in one of four different directions, and locked back in place by re-tightening the T-handle. The mast itself spins freely, and can typically be rotated with a single hand. This light tower weighs approximately 150 lbs and can easily support and lift 125 lbs fixtures. The entire tower assembly is shipped via common freight carrier and when shipped measures approximately 8` long, 4` wide, 5` tall and weighs approximately 375 lbs. Larson Electronics can custom tailor these units to the customer`s requirements with longer sections and larger mounting plates. We also offer a choice of either the manual 1,000 lbs hand winch included standard or optional electric winch.
