| Made in the USA The Larson Electronics LM-25-3S-2X160WSA-LED fold over light mast provides a safe and effective way for operators to quickly deploy 320 watts of intense LED lighting to elevations up to twenty-five feet. Two high powered LED lights produce a wide spread of intense white light, allowing this unit to effectively cover large work areas with high quality illumination. This light tower folds over for easy transportation, features a rotating boom that allows for 360° of rotation,  and a removable mast head for storing mounted equipment when not in use. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO LIGHT MASTS OR LIGHT TOWERS* The LM-25-3S-2X160WSA-LED 320 watt telescoping steel light mast with LED light heads from Larson Electronics’ is designed to quickly and safely deploy 320 watts of intense LED lighting in locations where elevated illumination is needed for maximum area coverage. This light boom can be extended to 25 feet for maximum area coverage and collapsed to 12 feet for applications where a footprint smaller is required. The tower is constructed of square steel tubing with a lower section 12 feet in length and 4 inches in diameter, a middle section 10 feet and 3.5 inches in diameter, and an upper section 7 feet in length and 3 inches in diameter. Each section has a 2 foot of overlap. The mast is elevated using an included 1,000 lbs hand winch with 3/16 inch cable and extended to its full height using a second 1,000 lbs winch. | ||||||||||||

This light tower is equipped with two of our industrial grade high output LED fixtures producing a combined total of 29,446 lumens at 320 watts. These high output LED light bars feature soft start technology, allowing the LEDs to gradually increase to maximum intensity instead. Low in rush current at start-up reduces wear on associated components, increasing overall life of the internal electronics and improves downtime. Built in redundancy lessens chance of full fixture failure, while the reverse polarity operation protects the fixture from shorting the internal components.
As well as unparalleled heat control, the LED10WSA series of LED lights from Larson Electronics also offer IP69K rated construction that is designed to withstand extremes of environmental and operating conditions. These units can withstand rapid temperature changes of -40°C to +80°C, are waterproof to three meters, can withstand high pressure and high temperature wash downs, and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The housings are formed from extruded aluminum and fitted high purity optics behind an unbreakable polycarbonate lens. The CREE XM-L2® LEDs help these units achieve up to 60Grms rated resistance to vibrations and are rated at 70% lumen maintenance after 50,0000 hours of use.ÂÂ
Each floodlight is securely fastened to the mast head with an innovative trunnion style stainless steel mounting bracket that allows the light to be adjusted through 360° of vertical movement. The LED light head is secured to the mounting bracket with shock dampening rotating inserts. The insert provides precision aiming down to 1° while providing increased longevity to the LED fixture. To vertically adjust the unit after mounting, the user simply loosens the screws located on either side of the unit, moves it into the desired position, then retightens the screws. The base of the mounting trunnion is equipped with several machined slots which allow users to utilize existing mounting holes and slide the unit for precise mount positioning. The stainless steel trunnion bracket has preset angles marked in 5° intervals, allowing operators to precisely aim each fixture.ÂÂ
