| Made in the USA The Larson Electronics LM-30-3S-TLR-4X150RT-LED trailer mounted fold over 3-stage light mast provides a safe and effective way for operators to quickly deploy the four 150 watt Cree LED light heads to elevations up to thirty feet. This light tower folds over for easy transportation, features a rotating boom that allows for 360° of rotation, and a removable mast head for storing mounted light heads when not in use. The entire assembly is mounted onto a 14` single axle trailer, allowing operators to transport this fold over boom from location to location. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO LIGHT MASTS OR LIGHT TOWERS* This telescoping three stage steel light mast from Larson Electronics’ is designed to allow operators to quickly and safely deploy up to 70,000 lumens of high intensity LED lighting in locations where illumination must be elevated to heights up to 30` for effective coverage. This light boom can be extended to 30` above the trailer floor for maximum area coverage, and collapsed to 12` for applications where a footprint smaller is required. The tower is constructed of square steel tubing with a lower section 12` in length and 4" by 4" by 1/8" thick, middle section 9.5` in length and 3" by 3" by 1/8" thick, and an upper section 8.5` in length and 2" by 2" by 1/8" thick. Each section has 1` foot of overlap. The mast is elevated using an included 1,000lb rated hand winch with 3/16" cable and extended to its full height using a second 1,000 lbs winch. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

A 44" wide and 2" by 2" by 1/4" thick mounting plate is attached to the upper section of the mast which provides a strong and stable platform for the four 150 watt LED light heads. When elevated to its full upright position, the mast can be rotated a full 360°. By loosening the T-Handle, operators can rotate the mast with easy in either direction. The mast can be positioned in one of four different positions, and locked back in place by re-tightening the T-handle. The mast itself spins freely with easy, and can typically be rotated with a single hand.Â
Included with this light tower are four of our wet area suitable high output LED fixtures producing a combined total of approximately 70,000 lumens at 600 watts. These lamps have a copper free aluminum alloy body that is powder coated for added durability and an attractive aesthetic appearance. Special heat dissipating design in conjunction with LED technology helps this fixture to achieve an excellent 60,000 hour rated lifespan with 80% lumen retention. Each floodlight is securely fastened to the light boom and each lamp includes a support bracket to help maintain lamp stability within its housing. The lamps are connected to the power source via a water tight male pin connector that attaches to a receptacle located on the end of the telescoping boom.
The industrial grade high output LED light heads on this light mast features multiple LED drivers which helps to increase the operational life of the fixture. With traditional LED lights, in the event an LED array or driver fails, the entire fixture no longer illuminates. This new series of LED light heads each contain twelve individual LED boards configured in a series of banks. Each bank contains two LED boards with an individual driver. In the event of a driver failure, only one bank of LEDs will be effected while the other banks will continue to operate. In the event that of an LED failure, the mating LED will continue to operate.
The LM series of towers are powder coated with glossy blue finish for corrosion resistances and aesthetics. This light mast is mounted to a 14` by 6`, single axle trailer via six 1/2" anchor bolts. The two wheel trailer is equipped with 3,5000 lbs leaf springs and 15" trailer tires. The trailer can support and haul an additional 2,000 lbs of equipment. A standard 2" ball coupling, two standard safety chains, and 4-pin flat trailer plug allow for easy hookup and towing.
