| Made in the USA The Larson Electronics LM-35-10-5S-FM-4X15M-60C Metal Halide Light Tower is designed for elevated illumination in outdoor locations and industrial sites. This five-stage light mast can be raised to 35 feet and collapsed to 10 feet for seamless storage and transportation. The unit features six, 1500-watt metal halide lamps and a remote ballast box with a 60-foot line-out cord, connecting the lamps to the NEMA 3R ballast box. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO LIGHT MASTS OR LIGHT TOWERS* This five-stage fixed aluminum light tower from Larson Electronics is designed to allow operators to quickly and safely deploy metal halide lamps, which must be elevated to heights up to 35` for effective coverage. The boom can be extended to 35` for maximum area coverage and collapsed to 10` for applications where a smaller footprint is required. Equipped with six, 1500-watt metal halide lamps (total 9000 watts), the unit produces exceptional illumination using a 19†or 23" aluminum reflector housing that spreads a powerful flood pattern of high quality light over large areas. The LM-35-10-5S-FM-4X15M-60C is constructed of square aluminum tubing with a sturdy base stage. The mast is elevated by pressing down on the end of the base stage, elevating the mast into the upright position. The mast is extended to its full height using an included manual winch with 3/16" galvanized cable. The metal halide lamps are secured within a separate die cast housing for strength and durability while a clear tempered glass lens provides protection for the lamps. The reflector on the lamps is constructed of aluminum with a clear tempered glass lens which is hinged onto the reflector and secured into place with a four point latching system. The lamp socket is die cast aluminum and separate from the reflector for added durability. Power/Wiring: The LM-35-10-5S-FM-4X15M-60C comes with a remote ballast box, located away from the fixtures. A 60` line-out cord is available, which connects the mounted lights to the remote ballast box. Mount: All six metal halide fixtures are mounted at the top of the mast. Each lamp is supported by an adjustable U-bracket for accurate setups. Vertical and horizontal aiming guides are included in this lamps design which makes aiming this lamp during operation easier and safer, protecting users from the potential burns associated with handling operating metal halide lamp fixtures. A stainless steel hinge provides durable adjustability and corrosion resistance. The light mast can be mounted on flat surfaces using a mounting plate at the bottom of the unit. Operators are provided access to eight, 0.563" bolts. Two bolts are available at each corner of the plate. The LM series of towers are powder coated with glossy blue finish for corrosion resistances and aesthetics. A 44" wide and 2" by 2" by 1/4" thick mounting plate is attached to the upper section of the mast which secures the mounted lamps. The LM family of telescoping towers feature a proprietary mast guidance system, which provides increased stability during high winds. When lowered to 10`, the mast can withstand winds up to 125 mph. This light tower weighs approximately 150 lbs and can easily support the mounted cameras. The entire tower assembly is shipped via common freight carrier and when shipped measures approximately 8` long, 4` wide, 5` tall and weighs approximately 375 lbs. Larson Electronics can custom tailor these units to the customer`s requirements with longer sections and larger mounting plates. We also offer a choice of either the manual 1,000 lbs hand winch included standard or optional electric winch.
