This converter includes four terminal block connections for input/output terminations. The unit takes single phase 240V current and converts it to 12 volts DC, allowing users to use 12V DC power to operate equipment like our LED light bars and Golights. The MT-IXT-240V-3.6KVA-12V.DC-4X75A-N4-TB is designed for wall-mount applications and rated NEMA 4 for outdoor marine use. The MT-IXT-240V-3.6KVA-12V.DC-4X75A-N4-TB power converter provides a safe and effective way for users to tap into and utilize single phase 240V power sources and convert this current to 12V DC. This unit can be operated with 240V input current and will output 12V DC current to power lights and equipment up to 75 amps. The small size of this unit makes it ideal for indoor-outdoor operation of Larson Electronics LED light bars, Golights, and other equipment that requires 12V DC current in locations where single phase 240V current is readily available. Features: The MT-IXT-240V-3.6KVA-12V.DC-4X75A-N4-TB converter can be operated with single phase 240V voltage. The unit converts this power input to 12V DC current rated at 75 amps. This power device is equipped with a Class A/B EMC filter and utilizes fan cooling. The transformer is enclosed in a powder coated steel housing for durability. The power converter has a -40°C to +65°C operating temperature range. This converter is equipped with four terminal block connections for the customer to connect 12V DC devices to. NOTE: In order to obtain the best performance and the longest operational life from these units, it is recommended that you do not exceed 75% of the unit's output amperage. To determine if this converter suits your desired application, add together the total wattage of the equipment you intend to use with this unit and divide this total by 12 volts to find the total amperage draw that will be placed upon the converter. Running these units at 100% of their capacity can create excess heat and lead to shortened converter life. Mounting: The power distribution system is wall-mount compatible for permanent installation at work sites. The step down transformer and rectifier are housed in separate enclosures. |
