' Product Overview '
The RCL360-LE-LED-80W-R2-1227 from Larson Electronics is a Remote LED Spotlight that produces a powerful beam capable of reaching over 2,000 feet in distance. This 80-watt LED offers both hard wired and wireless remote pan and tilt control. The system operates with 120-277V AC or 127-431V DC and is capable of sustaining 100 MPH wind loads. The RCL360-LE-LED-80W-R2-1227 LED remote control light is designed for use in all weather conditions and produces 7,400 lumens of intense light output. These units feature remote control operation, allowing users to rotate the light 360 degrees with a hard stop and to adjust vertical tilt through 270 degrees. Remote operation is provided by one handheld wireless remote controller that operates on 433 MHz radio frequency and one hard wired remote controller with 20' of harness. Light Output: The lamp in this remote control spotlight is an 80-watt LED assembly which produces 7,400 lumens. This bulb is paired with a tight 6° focus spot beam optics to produce a spot beam over 2,000 feet in length. This lamp has a 6000K color temperature, giving it very good color rendering and contrasting properties and the ability to clearly and sharply illuminate objects at long distances. This beam is effective to the far end of its reach, producing enough illumination to read a book at 2,000 feet. The beam can be adjusted from spot to flood via the remote, without need to add or remove lenses from the light itself.
LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied, providing instant illumination with no warm up or cool down time before re-striking. Because there is no warm up period, this light can be cycled on and off with no reduction in lamp life. LED lights run at significantly cooler temperatures than traditional metal halide and high pressure sodium lights and contain no harmful gases, vapors, or mercury, making them both safer and more energy efficient. No extra energy is wasted in cooling enclosed work areas due to external heat emissions from bulb type lights, and the operator risks associated with traditional lighting methods, such as accidental burns and exposure to hazardous substances contained in the glass bulbs, are eliminated. In addition, LEDs are also safer for the environment as they are 100% recyclable, which eliminates the need for costly special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps. Wireless Remote Operation: This system comes with one wireless remote control that operates over a radio frequency of 433 MHz. Remote functions include on/off and 4 buttons which control up, down, left and right movement. The light will continue movement as long as the buttons are pressed. Releasing the buttons stops movement and holds the light in position. A fast and slow mode button (turtle/hare) controls the speed of the motor while the pan and tilt function buttons are depressed. Holding the button for 12 seconds in fast mode results in pinpoint accuracy at distance and is approximately 35 seconds for full rotation and 20 seconds for full range of tilt. Hard Wired Remote Operation: An include hard wired remote with a 20' harness facilitates controls at remote distances. Remote control functions include a 3-way rotary switch. Up, down, left and right movement is controlled by a 4-way joystick with auto engage 2-speed function. The light will continue movement as long as the joystick is held in position. Releasing the joystick stops movement and holds the light in position. A homing button and a programmable azimuth position feature allow operators to quickly position the light to the home position or preprogrammed position at the push of a button. A master power switch turns the unit on or off. This panel mount remote is secured to equipment panels or vehicle dash via six attachment points.

Durability: The RCL360-LE-LED-80W-R2-1227 LED is designed for hunting and demanding outdoor use with a weather resistant housing constructed of corrosion resistant aluminum and high quality thermoplastic that is heat resistant, impact resistant, UV resistant and able to withstand rugged use and abusive conditions. Remote movement of this spotlight is provided by an automotive grade internal motor, gear, and transmission assembly that is constructed of LEXAN, brass, and stainless steel to provide rust and corrosion resistance as well as long life and reliable operation. Mounting: The light is permanently mounted with 4 screws through pre-drilled holes which secure the light to the mounting surface. Power: This light operates with 120-277V AC or 127-431V DC current and draws 0.67 amps from a 120V system, making it ideal for sources of high voltage current.

Alternatively, we can provide flying leads with no plug for hard wire applications or for operators who prefer to wire in user provided cord caps. Please choose pigtail option below for flying leads with no plug. This high power LED remote control light is ideal for hunting, security, boating, law enforcement, emergency services, utilities, and anywhere high power and remote control functionality are desired.
