' Product Overview '
The TPM-LEDBLT-18W-25 from Larson Electronics is an Industrial LED Light w/ Telescoping Pole that is approved for outdoor environments and IP65 waterproof for use in wet locations. This powerful, telescoping LED light produces 1,530 lumens, operates on 120 to 277V AC, features a telescoping pole that is adjustable from 3 to 8.5 feet, and features a mounting plate with four predrilled holes for easy mounting on flat surfaces. The TPM-LEDBLT-18W-25 is designed to provide a high output and ruggedly durable lighting solution for applications where corrosion resistance and waterproof light fixtures are required. This industrial LED light is offered in a focused 25° spot beam for distance or 60° flood beam for a diffused wide angle beam. The telescoping pole the light head is mounted on can be adjusted from 3 to 8.5 feet and allows the light head to be mounted precisely where it is needed the most. The light housing allows for full adjustability after installation which allows for precise aiming of this LED light. This housing is constructed of precision machined aluminum for excellent strength and durability, powder coated for corrosion resistance, and is rated IP65 for ingress protection against direct exposure to water jets from all directions. The TPM-LEDBLT-18W-25 provides a cool white light output with a color temperature of 5000K and color rendering index of 85 for maximum illumination. The high output, cool running operation, and good color rendering properties of this light make it an ideal replacement for older, bulkier, and less reliable incandescent and halogen lamps.

Durability: The TPM-LEDBLT-18W-25 industrial grade LED light is constructed of machined aluminum for high strength and durability with a powder coated finish for increased corrosion resistance. The housing is IP65 rated, providing protection against intrusion into the housing from oils and water directly sprayed on the housing from all directions. This LED light is equipped with an impact resistant polycarbonate lens for increased safety compared to glass lenses. This design is weather resistant, suitable for indoor or outdoor applications, and ideal for areas where wet conditions are commonly encountered.
LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied, providing instant illumination with no warm up or cool down time before re-striking. Because there is no warm up period, this light can be cycled on and off with no reduction in lamp life. LED lights run at significantly cooler temperatures than traditional metal halide and high pressure sodium lights and contain no harmful gases, vapors, or mercury, making them both safer and more energy efficient. No extra energy is wasted in cooling enclosed work areas due to external heat emissions from bulb type lights, and the operator risks associated with traditional lighting methods, such as accidental burns and exposure to hazardous substances contained in the glass bulbs, are eliminated. In addition, LEDs are also safer for the environment as they are 100% recyclable, which eliminates the need for costly special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps. High Output LEDs: The LEDs in this unit are Cree units that have been chosen for their high lumen per watt ratio and extreme long life. These Cree LEDs provide over 85 lumens per watt effective lumen output and have a 70% lumen retention at 50,000 hours, giving them better efficiency and operational life than traditional light sources. These lights are equipped with high purity optics and available in a 25° spotlight configuration for long beam length or 60° flood configuration for wide area coverage. Utilizing a polycarbonate lens, this fixture produces a higher light output than similar fixtures equipped with thicker glass lenses. The TPM-LEDBLT-18W-25 has is offered in 5,000K cool white with a color rendering index of 85.

Mounting: The TPM-LEDBLT-18W-25 features a telescoping pole that is adjustable from 3 to 8.5 feet. The telescoping pole features a mounting plate that has four predrilled holes for easy mounting to flat surfaces. This pole features a pneumatic braking system that prevents unexpected or sudden collapse of the pole. If the pole is loaded with a pair of heavy fixtures for instance and the operator inadvertently releases the locking tabs, the pole will simple ease down gently rather than suddenly collapse.

Alternatively, we can provide flying leads with no plug for hard wire applications or for operators who prefer to wire in user provided cord caps.
