This unit is an ideal solution for operators who need a fully self contained, easy to operate light system capable of illuminating large areas. Adjustable from 9 to 30 feet in height above the cart deck and equipped with two, 500 watt LED lamps, this unit will provide over 129,600 lumens of quality illumination. This portable light tower can run uninterrupted for up to 8 hours on a single tank of fuel. Equipped with two, 500 watt high output LED lamps, this LED light tower provides operators with a lighting system that can easily be deployed and provide large-scale illumination. This crank-up style light mast allows operators to extend the light mast from 9` to 30` above the deck of the pull around cart, elevating the light heads to heights up to 30` above ground level. The light tower can operate for up to 8 hours on a single tank of fuel.

This portable flood lighting system consists of two adjustable LED light heads mounted atop a telescoping light tower on a wheeled cart base. This adjustable and collapsible tower can be extended to thirty feet, collapsed to nine feet and includes four wheels, allowing the operator to simply roll the entire assembly to a new location when fully deployed. The LED light fixture assembly can be removed by releasing the hand knob and sliding the light and mounting bracket off from the center support, which aids in deployment, storage and transportation. The lamps can be adjusted vertically and locked into position with minimal effort. The WAL-ML-30-9-DG-2X500LTL-LED-5DG light tower features a single hand crank that allows operators to easily raise or lower the tower as needed and a removable lamp mounting platform that allows the lamp assembly to be detached for seamless transportation and storage. The tower is constructed of heavy gauge steel for durability and a tough galvanized or powder coat finish (please choose the preferred finish below) provides protection against rust and corrosion. The base of the tower is fitted with two solid wheels to allow easy positioning; the operator can simply tilt the unit back and roll it into the desired location, as needed. Lights: Included with this light tower are two of our wet area suitable LED fixtures producing approximately 64,800 lumens each, for a combined total of 129,600 lumens at 1,000 watts. The GAU-LTL-500W-LED LED light from Larson Electronics produces 64,800 lumens of high intensity light while drawing only 480 watts at 5 amps from a 120 volt electrical system. Fourty-Eight CREE® high output LEDs producing 1,350 lumens each are arranged in rows and paired with PMMA high purity optics to produce a well focused 24° wide spot beam that is ideal for providing far reaching concentrated illumination while still covering a substantial amount of area. We also offer optional optics with 10° spot, 38° narrow flood, 60° flood, and 90° wide flood beam spreads. The spot beams are tightly focused and are designed for high elevation mounting to achieve distance, making spot versions ideal for high mast and spots lighting. The flood beams are designed to provide more light over a larger area nearer the fixture, making flood versions ideal for use as dedicated work and area lights. The GAU-LTL-500W-LED LED light offers intense light output and is ideal for flood lighting, high mast lighting, light towers, as well as industrial and outdoor lighting applications. Producing 64,800 lumens, a 4.25 amp draw at 120V, 80,000 hour service life, 120-277 volt compatibility, and IP67 waterproof rating, this LED flood light provides operators with a rugged and powerful LED alternative to 1500 watt metal halide lamps that uses little power and can withstand rugged use and abusive conditions. GAU-LTL-500W-LED lights are ideal replacements for fragile and hot running 1500 watt metal halide lamps. They offer low power requirements, high durability and a versatile mounting system that makes these LED light emitters a superior lighting solution for demanding applications where power and reliability is critical.
The above image shows the comparison of the traditional (4) 1500 watt metal halides light fixtures mounted to a 30` light tower (left) to (4) GAU-LTL-500W-LED 500 watt LED light fixtures mounted to a 30` light tower. The area being illuminated by each tower is 300` in length and 250` in width. Unlike the metal halide light fixtures, there are no hot spots with these LED fixtures. This high output LED light fixture provides an even beam spread over the targeted work area without overcast, glare, light spillage, and wasted illumination. Color rendering is also increased with LED light plants, providing a more realistic night vision that more closely resembles natural daylight illumination.
LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Heat Management: Heat is the single largest factor in premature LED failure and color shifting. These LED units feature individual heat sinks per bank of six LEDs to control heat buildup rather than utilizing a single housing to dissipate heat. This allows for more thorough cooling of the LEDs for extended operating periods. This allows the LEDs to be driven at up to 90% capacity without overheating or visible loss of light output. The end result is more light with less heat and longer LED life with an average 70% lumen maintenance after 80,000 hours.
