Adjustable from 9 to 30 feet in height above the cart deck and equipped with two 500-watt LED lamps, this unit will provide over 120,000 lumens of quality illumination. The portable light tower is mounted on a cart along with a lithium-ion battery pack protected by a NEMA 3R enclosure and comes equipped with 100` of 10/3 SOOW chemical and abrasion resistant cord terminated in a choice of cord caps. Equipped with two 500-watt high output LED lamps and lithium-ion batteries, this LED light tower provides operators with an easily deployed lighting system that can provide large scale illumination. This crank-up style light mast allows operators to extend the light mast from 9` to 30` above the deck of the pull around cart, elevating the light heads to heights up to 30` above ground level. This light tower provides operators with an easily deployed lighting system that can provide large scale illumination to a work site or job area. The 500-watt LED lamps on this light tower are effective replacements for metal halide and high pressure sodium lights. In addition to providing similar levels of illumination, the LED lights operate cooler (the units do not generate excessive heat), are more durable due to their solid-state construction and feature very long lifespans exceeding 50,000+ hours under proper use.
The rechargeable flood lighting system is comprised of two adjustable LED light heads mounted atop a telescoping light tower mounted to a wheeled cart base. The cart base has enough space on the deck for a genset, toolbox or other gear. This adjustable and collapsible tower can be extended to thirty feet, collapsed to nine feet, and includes four wheels allow the operator simply roll the entire assembly to a new location when fully deployed. The LED light fixture assembly can be removed by releasing the hand knob and sliding the light and mounting bracket off of the center support, aiding in deployment, storage and transport. The lamps can be easily adjusted vertically and locked into position. The WAL-ML-30-9-RPS.LB-2X500LTL-LED-R1 light tower features an extendable tower assembly that can be adjusted from 9 to 30 feet in height for maximum coverage. A single hand crank allows operators to easily raise or lower the tower as needed, and a removable lamp mounting platform allows removal of the lamp assembly for easier transport and storage. The tower is constructed of heavy gauge steel for durability, and a tough powder coat finish provides protection against rust and corrosion. The base of the tower is fitted with two solid wheels to allow easy positioning; the operator can simply tilt the unit back and roll it into the desired location as needed. Lights: Included with this light tower are two of our wet-area suitable LED fixtures producing approximately 60,000 lumens each, for a combined total of 120,000 lumens at 960 watts. Forty-Eight CREE® high output LEDs producing 1,250 lumens each are arranged in rows and paired with PMMA high purity optics to produce a well focused 24° wide spot beam that is ideal for providing far reaching concentrated illumination while still covering a substantial amount of area. We also offer optional optics with 10° spot, 38° narrow flood, 60° flood, and 90° wide flood beam spreads. The spot beams are tightly focused and are designed for high elevation mounting to achieve distance, making spot versions ideal for high mast and spots lighting. The flood beams are designed to provide more light over a larger area nearer the fixture, making flood versions ideal for use as dedicated work and area lights. The GAU-LTL-500W-LED LED light offers intense light output and is ideal for flood lighting, high mast lighting, light towers, as well as industrial and outdoor lighting applications. Producing 60,000 lumens, this LED flood light provides operators with a rugged and powerful LED alternative to 1500 watt metal halide lamps that uses little power and can withstand rugged use and abusive conditions. GAU-LTL-500W-LED lights are ideal replacements for fragile and hot running 1,000-watt metal halide lamps. They offer low power requirements, high durability and a versatile mounting system that makes these LED light emitters a superior lighting solution for demanding applications where power and reliability is critical. Battery: The two LED lamps are powered by a rechargeable battery pack, which consists of 3,000aH lithium-ion batteries. The power cells are protected by a NEMA 3R enclosure, mounted on the deck of the cart. This level of protection enables the system to be used in both indoor and outdoor locations. On a full charge, the battery pack provides up to 8 hours of operation.

The area being illuminated by each tower is 300` in length and 250` in width. Unlike the metal halide light fixtures, there are no hot spots with these LED fixtures. This high output LED light fixture provides an even beam spread over the targeted work area without overcast, glare, light spillage, and wasted illumination. Heat Management: Heat is the single largest factor in premature LED failure and color shifting. These LED units feature individual heat sinks per bank of six LEDs to control heat buildup rather than utilizing a single housing to dissipate heat. This allows for more thorough cooling of the LEDs for extended operating periods. This allows the LEDs to be driven at up to 90% capacity without overheating or visible loss of light output. The end result is more light with less heat and longer LED life with an average 70% lumen maintenance after 80,000 hours. Durability: As well as unparalleled heat control, the GAU-LTL-500W-LED series of LED lights from Larson Electronics also offer IP67 rated construction that is designed to withstand extremes of environmental and operating conditions. These units can withstand rapid temperature changes of -40° Celsius to +80° Celsius, are waterproof, and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity.
