This battery powered LED light cart has a swiveling LED light head bracket mounted on top of a wheel barrow style cart with wheels for easy positioning of the unit from one area of the workspace to another. The LED light heads on this unit produces a wide flood pattern of light that is ideal for illuminating large workspaces and job sites. This light is designed for heavy duty use in demanding conditions including emergency services, mining, construction, marine, and industrial operations where durability and reliability is critical.
This portable LED work light is comprised of two adjustable LED light heads mounted atop a light weight wheel barrow style cart fabricated from heavy duty aluminum with rechargeable battery pack for cordless operation. This portable light cart allows the operator to pick up the unit and simply roll the entire assembly to a new location when fully deployed. The LED light fixture assembly can be removed by releasing the hand knob and sliding the light mounting bracket off of the center support, aiding in deployment, storage and transport. The lamp can be easily adjusted vertically, swiveled horizontally, and locked into position.
The internal battery bank allows this cordless flood light system to be used in remote locations, which combined with adjustability offered by the LED light heads provides extreme portability for cart placement and optimal coverage of the workspace.

As well as unparalleled heat control, the LEDP5W-30 series of LED lights equipped on the WAL-RPS-WBC-2X150LED from Larson Electronics also offer IP68 rated construction that is designed to withstand extremes of environmental and operating conditions. These LED lights can withstand rapid temperature changes of -40 degrees Celsius to 80 degrees Celsius, are waterproof to three meters, and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The housings are formed from extruded aluminum and the lenses are unbreakable polycarbonate. The CREE XLamp XPG LEDs help these units achieve 15.6Grms rated resistance to vibrations and are rated at 70% lumen maintenance after 50,0000 hours of use. The cart is NEMA 3R outdoor rated and designed for ourdoor elements and washdown environments.
The LED light assembly on this unit contains sixty CREE XLamp XPG five watt LEDs producing 493 lumens each. These LEDs are arranged in rows and paired with high purity optics to produce 14,790 lumens per light head and a 60 degree flood beam, making these units ideal for use as highly efficient yet powerful work and area lights. Each light head features independent tilt and rotation, allowing operators to position the light heads on this portable cart for maximum illumination within the work space. The WAL-RPS-WBC-2X150LED portable LED lighting system is an ideal replacement for fragile and hot running dual 400 watt metal halide floodlights powered by gasoline or diesel generators. This LED light heads retains 80% of its lumen output after 50,000 hours of use, far longer than incandescent or fluorescent lamps, and the solid state design of LEDs provides more durability and longevity than filament and gas burning lamps.
This portable flood light is equipped with a battery bank consisting of (4)Â 200ah 8D batteries mounted to the frame of the cart which provides 16 hours of runtime. Operators charge the battery pack before usage with the including battery charger, deploy the LED cart for work site illumination, and recharge the unit after completion for use on the next job site. When fully depleted this unit takes 4 hours to fully recharge. Plug options for the battery charger include standard 5-15P for standard 110-120V wall outets or L5-15P for 120V twist lock outlets
