| The Larson Electronics XLE-PA-IP67-309.INTL-3PH-16A-220V-2P3W-RS Weatherproof Receptacle is recommended for use in rugged and industrial facilities. This 2-pole, 3-wire outlet is designed to provide a secure connection for electrical equipment. The 2-pole 3-wire receptacle is compatible with our HLP-EX-16A-2P3W-220V power plugs. This 16-amp receptacle is coded blue to indicate its voltage rating and ground pin position of 6. The color coding of these units makes it impossible to connect different voltages and current ratings, to ensure safe power connection. This heavy-duty receptacle contains a 3 horsepower disconnect switch. The circuit cannot be energized until the plug is inserted and the switch is turned to the on position; and an interlocking switch mechanism feature prevents accidental removal of the plug from the receptacle during operation. The switch can be padlocked in the on or off position. This outlet features polyamide construction and a maximum voltage rating of 220V AC @ 50/60 Hz. With NEMA Type 3, 4, 4x and IP66 ratings, this receptacle is suitable for outdoor, marine and wet locations. Hubs: The receptacle has a 2 wire 16-10 AWG terminal capacity and one, 3/4" NPT hub at the bottom for completing wiring connections. Suggested Applications: Industrial, manufacturing, rugged environments, commercial sites, electrical connections and more. |
