Description

The shears feature an all-copper brushless motor and coated serrated stainless steel blades. The serrated edges are designed to help grip slippery surfaces such as fish skin and provide controlled cutting through compatible ingredients. The maximum stated cutting thickness is approximately 25 mm for suitable ribs and materials, and the tool is not intended for large bones.
Two 21V 2000mAh rechargeable battery packs provide extended cordless operation. The stated runtime is up to four hours per charge, with an approximately 1.5-hour charging time using the included fast charger.
