Description
The JY COOKMENT Granite Roasting Pan is an 18-inch oval roasting pan designed for preparing turkey, chicken, ham, lamb, and vegetables. Its large capacity accommodates up to 16 lb of poultry with the lid and up to 18 lb without the lid, making it suitable for large family meals and holiday cooking.
Made from carbon steel with a natural enamel coating, the roasting pan provides a smooth cooking surface and supports even heat distribution. The oval design and included domed lid provide additional cooking space for whole poultry and larger cuts of meat.
The dishwasher-safe construction makes cleanup convenient after cooking. The black finish, oval shape, and included lid provide a practical cookware setup for roasting and baking.
