The Larson Electronics DPG-36KW-SATM-10.5 portable generator is a fuel type unit with a powerful 1,800 rpm, four-cylinder Isuzu 4LE engine. It can produce 36,000 watts and supports 120/240V at 60 Hz. An instrument panel located on the side of the generator allows operators to monitor power usage in real-time. This unit comes with two NEMA 5-20R and two 125/250V 50A CS6364 receptacles. The portable generator offers reliable and safe power in remote locations, such as construction sites, mining locations, military bases, emergency camps and areas without adequate access to the grid.
Features:
The Isuzu 4LE engine comes with four cylinders and is capable of generating 59 horsepower at 1,800 rpm. On standby, the unit generates 40 kW/50 kVA, and 36 kW/45 kVA during prime use. A heavy duty Leroy Somer alternator supports this generator during operation. It comes with multi-voltage capabilities and 300 percent over-current capacity for demanding applications. With a fuel load of 75 percent, this unit offers 30 hours of runtime at 2.15 gallons per hour (72.5-gallon fuel capacity). There are four receptacles conveniently located on the generator: (2) NEMA 5-20R and (2) 125/250V 50A CS6364 receptacles.
The unit is constructed of powder coated, galvannealed steel. It features 110 percent fluid containment, a weatherproof enclosure and ISO 9001 manufacturing standards. For real-time monitoring, operators may utilize the generator’s digital control system, which displays the following information: generator voltages, frequency, engine speed, engine maintenance schedule and fuel time. At a distance of 23 feet and 75 percent load, this unit emits 66 dbA of sound, which is equivalent to the noise level of a compact hair dryer.
