| The EPL-AEP.Z-SS-12.40.6-VW-7X36.2 from Larson Electronics is an Explosion Proof Double-sided Enclosure w/ Windows and pressurization system for use in combustible sites. This enclosure can be used in Class I, Division 1 rated facilities. Constructed of 304 stainless steel with a weatherproof seal, customers must provide and run an air line to the explosion proof enclosure to ensure proper purging. The EPL-AEP.Z-SS-12.40.6-VW-7X36.2 is designed for holding and protecting equipment in Class I, Division 1 rated sites. Equipped with a type Z purging system, the 304 stainless steel enclosure measures 40"W x 12"H x 6"D, with two 7" x 36" viewing windows. The door is equipped with concealed hinges. This double-sided enclosure features a weatherproof seal. The windows are constructed of polycarbonate. An included pressurization device enables the stainless steel enclosure to be used in Class I, Division 1 rated environments. This purging solution is capable of providing spaces up to 90 cubic feet of total volume with a protective gas supply. To ensure full protection from combustible compounds, the unit requires constant applied pressure, as well as a customer-provided air line running to the enclosure. Air pressure requirements include 0.25-0.5" of water (0.01 PSI). The purging device is equipped with a valve stem, valve key lock, injection pressure indicator and enclosure pressure indicator.
