Made in USA The EPL-QP-2X70LED-100 Explosion Proof LED Light from Larson Electronics is rated Class 1 Division 1 Groups C and D and uses two LED light heads to produce 11,600 lumens of light while drawing only 140 watts. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO LIGHT MASTS, LIGHT TOWERS, OR QUADPODS* The EPL-QP-2X70LED-100 is a quadpod mounted explosion proof LED light and provides 8,000 square feet of work area coverage with 11,600 lumens of light output. It is available in 360° or 180° beam spreads. This portable LED quadpod light has dual removable LED light heads mounted on top of a two wheeled aluminum quadpod for easy positioning of the unit from one area of the workspace to another. The LED light head on this unit produces a wide flood pattern of light that is ideal for illuminating enclosed areas such as tanks and containers and is suitable for hazardous locations where flammable vapors, gases and dusts may be present.

This portable LED light quadpod is comprised of two removable LED light heads mounted atop a four leg quadpod tower constructed from non sparking aluminum. The non sparking, adjustable and collapsible quadpod can be extended to twelve feet and collapsed to four feet while solid rubber wheels on the base allow the operator to tilt the unit back and simply roll the entire assembly to a new location. The explosion proof LED light fixture can be removed by releasing the hand knob and sliding the light and mounting bracket off of the quadpod support while the legs can be collapsed, aiding in deployment, storage and transport. The lamps can be easily adjusted up, down or from side to side and locked into position. The LED light heads on this unit measures 11 inches in length by 10 inches in width, which allows it to fit through most standard size manholes and entry points. The LED light heads can be removed from the quadpod, the quadpod collapsed, and the entire assembly passed through a manhole and reassembled once inside. Included with this LED light tripod is 100 feet of SOOW cord which combined with the 360 degrees of rotation and 90 degrees of tilt offered by the LED light head provides an effective alternative to often cumbersome explosion proof string lights. This unit is also multi-voltage capable and can configured to operate on 120-277 volts 50/60 Hz. The lamps are T5 temperature rated and the LED light heads retains 80% of its lumen output after 60,000 hours of use, far longer than incandescent or fluorescent lamps. The light head can be removed and used separately from the quadpod for added convenience. Note on Beam Spreads: The 360° beam spread is the standard directional output and typical for flood lights. The 180° shines in only one direction. This is good for down lighting, wall packs and for not blinding oncoming traffic or pedestrians.
