The Larson Electronics EPLRL-50-16.4-HR-SWB is an Explosion Proof Reel for use in Class I, II and III rated combustible locations. Equipped with 50' of 16/4 SOOW cable, the unit features a swivel base with ball bearings which facilitates rotation and pivoting. This reel is ideal for petroleum facilities, waste water treatment plants, grain storage and handling silos, paint booths, underground mines, chemical plants, and much more.

The EPLRL-50-16.4-HR-SWB includes 50 feet of 16/4 SOOW cable with a 14" flange diameter and is ready to install a portable explosion proof fixture to the end. Constructed of rugged fabricated steel and cast aluminum, the explosion proof unit comes with a swivel base. The swivel base has ball bearings, which allow the cord reel to rotate and pivot freely. These reels are built with modular components, coupled with a spark proof ratchet and protected by a hazardous location slip ring housing.
