This LED pole mount light features state-of-the-art AC LEDs paired with specially designed heat sinks for improved efficiency, thermal management, and durability. Available in 5000K cool white and 3000K warm white options, a 100° flood beam provides crisp, bright illumination with broad coverage, and an adjustable light head allows for 180° of repositioning. This heavy duty Class I Division 2 Groups A, B, C, & D LED lamp is suitable for oil refineries, petrochemical plants, painting facilities, offshore rigs, marinas, docks, warehouses, garages, and commercial buildings.
Light Features: The 40 watt EPLX-PT-40W-SQ2-LED-TRC Pole Mount AC LED light fixture delivers brilliant illumination and robust performance in a convenient space-saving form. A 100° wide flood beam provides crisp, bright light with broad coverage. This pole mount slip fit fixture measures just 7.99"L and 3.83"H, with a total installed length of 8.95" and features an adjustable light head that allows for a 180° range of movement. To adjust the light head, simply loosen the thumbscrew and move the light head to the desired position and then tighten the thumbscrew to secure the light head.
This explosion proof pole mount slip fitter light fixture utilizes AC LEDs paired with a heavy-duty housing and an advanced heat sink that allows for improved efficiency and thermal performance. By eliminating the drivers associated with DC LEDs, space is freed up for more connective surface, accelerating heat dissipation and increasing durability. The specially designed heat sink allows for greater surface area contact with the air as well as a stronger airflow rate. Because this fixture is created for maximum thermal efficiency, it is ideal for applications in which the ambient operating temperature falls into extreme ranges, especially high heat applications. Furthermore, fewer sub-components also means fewer chances for secondary component failure. The simplified circuit system used within AC LEDs creates greater stability and enhances luminaire lifespan.
The EPLX-PT-40W-SQ2-LED-TRC is designed to endure the daily wear and tear inflicted by harsh outdoor conditions such as sun, wind, rain, snow and sleet. as well as to withstand the corrosive effects of saltwater spray in marine environments. Durable IP68 rated construction provides protection against the ingress of dust, dirt and humidity and allows this light to withstand the corrosive elements found within marine environments including saltwater spray. The copper free, non-sparking die-cast aluminum alloy housing and tempered glass lens are vibration and impact resistant, and the housing is treated with a coating that rejects dust and buildup.

Mounting: The EPLX-PT-40W-SQ2-LED-TRC pole top slip fit mount explosion proof light features an adjustable swivel bracket constructed of 3/8" aluminum that allows over 270° of adjustment and is attached to a slip fit yoke for easy installation. The slip fit yoke is built to customer`s specs, enabling operators to mount this explosion proof LED light to their specific pole size. For example, selecting a 2" OD mount means that the yoke mount will fit onto pipes or bull horns with a 2" OD. The available outside diameter options for the EPLX-PT-40W-SQ2-LED-TRC are as follows: 2inches, 2.25inches, 2.5inches, 2.75inches or 3 inches.
Power/Wiring:The EPLX-PT-40W-SQ2-LED-TRC is available in the following voltages: 120V AC, 208V AC, 220V AC, 240V AC, and 277V AC. We also offer a low voltage model that operates on 12V DC or 24V DC.
