The EPSW-3PH-60-AUX.2X-M1 Three Phase Explosion Proof Switch by Larson Electronics is a non-fused disconnect unit for motor circuits in hazardous locations. This device comes with the following explosion proof ratings: Class I, Divisions 1 & 2 (Groups B, C, D); Class l, Zones 1 & 2 (Groups llB+ H2, llA); Class II, Divisions 1 & 2 (Groups E, F, G); and Class III. The 60-amp rated switch is compatible with voltages up to 600V AC and features a copper-free aluminum enclosure, as well as two auxiliary contacts.
The EPSW-3PH-60-AUX.2X-M1 non-fused disconnect switch offers robust control over motor circuits in hazardous locations. This unit supports fewer bolts for seamless installation and maintenance. A gasketed flange with a silicone O-ring is located inside the bolt circle to seal out moisture and debris. For power connections, the 60-amp rated device's top and bottom body are drilled and conduit entrances are tapped. The unit features the following single HP values: 2 (120V AC); 5 (230V AC). For three-phase HP: 15 (208V AC and 230V AC); 30 (480VAC and 600V AC). Operators may access two auxiliary contacts inside the device: (1) normally open and (1) normally closed.
This explosion proof switch is equipped with a rotary handle style operating mechanism with lockout provision as standard. Removable ductile mounting lugs adjust to irregular mounting surfaces. The device is constructed of copper-free aluminum with a grey powder polyester painted finish, while the cover bolt is made out of 316 stainless steel. The EPSW-3PH-60-AUX.2X-M1 supports 0.06"-1.37"/#14-2 AWG terminal lug sizes and is suitable for indoor and outdoor hazardous locations.
