| The Larson Electronics EPV-PN-15G-SS-WC-KT Explosion Proof Pneumatic Vacuum is suitable for use in locations where flammable substances are present or may stand to exist. This spark-free, mobile unit provides 100 - 170 CFM of vacuum flow (depends on inlet pressure). The explosion proof Stage 2 Intermediate HEPA vacuum is equipped with a 15-gallon stainless steel tank and a 10' vacuum hose with cuffs. The EPV-PN-15G-SS-WC-KT is a pneumatic Stage 2 Intermediate HEPA vacuum designed for flammable work sites and wet locations. This unit features a 15-gallon recovery tank and 80 psi of inlet pressure (with 1/2" ID Hose). Vacuum flow rates range between 100 and 170 CFM, based on inlet pressure. For adequate inlet flow, a rate of 70 CFM is required. During use, the explosion proof vacuum offers a maximum of 250" water lift vacuum pressure, which is adjusted to 160" of water lift when a relief valve is in place (prevents tank collapse). Noise levels may reach 75 dBA @ 90 psi inlet pressure. This vacuum includes a 10-foot vacuum hose with cuffs. The EPV-PN-15G-SS-WC-KT is constructed of stainless steel. This explosion proof unit comes with a stainless steel tank, wand and Stage 2 Intermediate HEPA filters. A backpack kit is available at additional cost. Mount: This system comes with a wheel kit, which facilitates mobility around the work area. Applications: Applicable hazardous locations, oil and gas facilities, mining, construction sites, chemical processing, grain storage and more. |
