The EXP-LED-HL-MSHA Explosion Proof Rechargeable LED Headlamp slices through the darkness with a brilliant beam of light that reaches over 450 feet. Operators can easily switch between the high and low settings at the push of a button. A single 2600 mAh rechargeable lithium battery powers this headlight for 15 hours on the high mode and up to 60 hours on the low mode. The 65 lumen beam remains consistently bright, with no visible dimming, for the entire run time. When the LED charge is low, an automatic sensor blinks once per minute signaling the low charge to the operator. Built with rugged IP68 toughness, the EXP-LED-HL-MSHA is MSHA certified carries ATEX and IECEx certifications. This cordless explosion proof headlamp is idea for mining, underground exploration, industrial safety, public works & utilities, law enforcement, firefighting, railway operations, and consumer applications. The EXP-LED-HL-MSHA Explosion Proof Rechargeable LED Headlamp produces 65 lumens and has a beam reach of over 450 feet. This lamp features high and low settings, which are switched using a simple push button. The 2600 mAh rechargeable lithium battery will power the lamp for 15 hours on the high mode and for 60 hours on the low mode. When the LED charge is low, the automatic sensor will blink once per minute to signal the low charge to the operator. Rugged IP68 rated construction means this light is completely protected against the ingress of dust and dirt and resists the damaging effects of water even when submerged. The EXP-LED-HL-MSHA is impact and shatter resistant, enabling it to withstand rough handling and extreme wear. To attach the EXP-LED-HL-MSHA headlight to a cap, simply slide the caphook onto the cap€™s lamp bracket. A lanyard may be attached to the provided attachment point for added security.

And recycling simultaneously reduces operating costs by eliminating the need for the expensive special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps. Power: The EXP-LED-HL-MSHA is powered using a single 2600 mAh rechargeable lithium ion battery, which is charged using a customer provided charging bank or seperately sold charger. Recharging from a fully depleted state takes 6 hours. The battery must be charged prior to the first use of the headlamp.
