This 200HP unit provides compatibility with 480V three-phase and is protected by a NEMA 7 enclosure. The solid-state, explosion proof device features start/stop push button and through the door (mechanical) reset controls. Equipped with a CPT and primary fuses, the non-reversing unit offers overload and under voltage protection. The EXP-MTSTR-DOL-3P-480V-200HP-250A is an explosion proof direct on line magnetic starter, which can be used to soft start and preserve industrial motors in flammable facilities. This 200 HP unit is compatible with 480V three-phase 50/60 Hz. The 270-amp rated soft starter is features a coil voltage of 110-120V and a NEMA 5 motor size. Overload relay amp ranges between 55-250A. Controls on the magnetic starter includes: start/stop push button and through the door (mechanical) reset. This non-reversing device offers overload and under voltage protection and includes a CPT with primary fuses. The explosion proof reduced voltage starter is protected by a NEMA 7 rated enclosure. Cooling is provided by natural wind, making the unit suitable for both indoor and outdoor locations with adequate ventilation. The direct on line magnetic starter is housed in a copper-free aluminum enclosure with 316-grade stainless steel cover bolts. An accessible breaker handle can be padlocked in the ON or OFF position, in order to reduce tampering. Mount: The EXP-MTSTR-DOL-3P-480V-200HP-250A can be securely mounted on walls or surfaces. This explosion proof unit contains 4", 1" and 1/2" NPT hubs located at the top and bottom of the enclosure.
