The FTL-13W-50 from Larson Electronics is a compact fluorescent work light that is a compact, durable, and versatile all weather light source that can act as both a flood light and a spot light. This drop light can serve as a single outlet to power other devices, can be hand held or hung, and is suitable for illuminating emergency shelters, ship yards, aircraft interior, and for general maintenance. The FTL-13W-50 is an all weather and impact resistant 13 watt work light that produces 900 lumens of bright white illumination at 120V. This portable task light is durable enough to withstand drops, falls, and rough handling for 10,000 hours of demanding use. The compact fluorescent bulb featured in this drop light is connected to an electrical ballast, which means no flickering on and off in extreme whether, making this light durable and dependable for emergency situations, use in extreme whether, and for general illumination purposes where a versatile and reliable light source is required.

This task light features a bright 13 watt 6000k compact fluorescent light capable of flood and spot illumination. The CFL lamp in this work light is protected by a high gloss reflector which is both chemical and UV resistant. An easy grip handle not only makes this lamp easily portable, it also features a 5-15 socket which allows operators to power additional devices, such as other work lights or electrical equipment. This work light is versatile in its placement options and can be held, hung or stood upright. Two nylon tipped hooks allow for hanging while a 90 degree cord swivel allows for the light to sit on its base for a hands free illumination option. A polycarbonate lens features an optic top which allows for this flood light to switch modes and become a spotlight upon need. This drop light`s handle is made of polypropylene and is flame retardant for operator safety. The handle also features a rocker on and off switch which operators use to power on and off the light without having to remove the power cord. The easy grip handle also features a 12A receptacle socket at the end of the handle, allowing operators to power additional devices directly through the handle. The FTL-13W-50 is powered by a 50` SJT cable that operates on 120V. This ergonomic 13 Watt, 900 lumen work task light is flame retarded, weather proof, durable, and portable, making it ideal for rugged outdoor use, emergency situations, and any environment requiring bright white illumination.
