The Larson Electronics GAU-GFH-CH-18K Portable Convection Heater is a powerful heating solution for indoor facilities. This propane unit provides an adjustable heating range of 6,6K/12K/18K BTUs. Capable of operating without electricity, the portable heater is mounted on a square base with locking casters and comes with an LP cylinder hose and regulator.

The GAU-GFH-CH-18K is a convection heater for indoor locations. Capable of heating spaces up to 450 square feet, the unit does not require electricity to use. This compact heater offers adjustable heat output settings at 6,600; 12,000 or 18,000 BTUs. Operators are provided access to an LP cylinder hose and regulator for attachment to the supply valve of the propane tank and a setting dial on the unit. Propane tanks can be stored behind the adjustable heater, via an open cabinet and safety guard.
This unit consumes propane at a rate of 0.31 lbs/ 0.56 lbs/0.83 lbs per hour and is capable of a maximum runtime of 65 hrs/ 36 hrs/ 24 hrs @ full tank (runtime depends on BTU setting). Safety features include the following: tip-over shut off, high temperature shut off, flame out fuel cut, safety guard and thermocouple.
Operation:
This unit is easily operated via a valve knob and red ignition button. To light the unit simply turn the valve on the propane cylinder counterclockwise until it is fully open and wait 5 minutes for any gas to clear. Once no gas smell is evident push the valve knob in and turn it to "PILOT". Keep pressing the valve knob in and press the red iginition button to ignite. Hold down the valve knob for another 30 seconds after the panel has lit then release the valve knob. To turn off the system simply turn the valve knob to "OFF" and turn the knob at the propane cylinder clockwise to the OFF position, then disconnect the regulator hose from the propane cylinder.

The GAU-GFH-CH-18K is mounted on a square base stand with two locking casters, two swivel casters (non locking) and a side-located handle slot for portability and seamless transportation around the work site.
