The included stainless steel mounting bracket offers operators the peace of mind to know that once this LED light is installed it will stay secure and free of the corrosion that marine environments and wet locations can quickly cause on mounting brackets made from lower quality materials. The GAU-HB-500W-LED-SS-480V operates on voltages ranging from 347-480V AC while drawing 1.40 amps @ 347V and 1.00 amps @ 480V.
This 500 watt LED marine location crane light fixture provides 60,990 lumens of high quality light while drawing only 500 watts and is ideal for use on cranes, high elevation mounting in wet areas, marine locations and anywhere an effective and efficient high mounting marine application lighting solution is needed. A borosilicate prismatic glass lens protects the LED light assembly and the die cast aluminum body reduces weight compared to larger metal halide and high pressure sodium fixtures. A special heat dissipating design in conjunction with LED technology helps this fixture to achieve an excellent 100,000 hour rated lifespan with 80% lumen retention. A 52 lbs weight, 3/16" stainless steel mounting bracket and low profile make this unit an attractive and energy efficient alternative to larger and heavier older light fixtures and requires less hardware to install. The included rubber vibration isolator bushings for the mounting bracket minimize any effect that the vibrations created during crane function and use could potentially cause.
The GAU-HB-500W-LED-SS-480V features a grey housing that is powder coated for extreme durability. The LED modules in this LED light are have an IP66 waterproof rating and the entire fixture is UL1598 listed for wet locations.
Voltage: This light is universal voltage capable and can be operated with 347-480 VAC without modifications. 347V is common in Western Canada, while 480V is common in the United States and Eastern Canada. LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation.
