The GL-3020-F Golight Stryker is designed for use in all weather conditions and produces 1,300 lumen of intense light output. These units feature remote control operation that allows users to rotate the light 370 degrees with a hard stop and to adjust vertical tilt through 135 degrees. Remote operation is provided by one hard wired dash mounted remote controller. This remote includes a 20 foot harness that runs from the remote to the light.
Remote Installation:
The outer rubber cover of the remote can be removed so that the rear mounting plate can be attached to a mounting surface via four (4) screws. The remote requires that a 2 inch hole be drilled in the mounting surface to accommodate the rear portion of the controller and wiring harness. The rear "shaft" of the mount, in combination with the base plate secures the remote. Remote Operation:
A joystick controls up, down, left and right movement of the motorized Golight. Pan and tilt function of the Golight continues movement as long as the joystick is depressed. Releasing the joystick stops movement and holds the Golight in position. A fast and slow mode button (turtle/hare) controls the speed of the motor while the pan and tilt function joystick is depressed. Holding the joystick for 12 seconds in fast mode results in a full 370 degree rotation, and 8 seconds for full tilt. Slow mode is used for pinpoint accuracy at distance and is approximately 35 seconds for full rotation and 20 seconds for one full range of tilt. The remote is 4 inches long by 2.5 inches wide by 1/2 inch thick.
NOTE:
This Golight Stryker model has no wireless receiver. It is designed for boats with certain UHF Radios, Military Vehicles with IED Jammers and other applications where radio interference could be problematic. It works strictly off the hard wired controller.

The GL-3020-F Golight Stryker is designed for hunting and demanding outdoor use with a weather resistant housing constructed of high quality ASA Luran thermoplastic that is heat resistant, impact resistant, UV resistant and able to withstand rugged use and abusive conditions. This particular Golight Stryker has a white finish, making it ideal for docks and buildings where an attractive appearance is desired. Remote movement of this spotlight is provided by an automotive grade internal motor, gear, and transmission assembly that is constructed of lexan, brass, and stainless steel to provide rust and corrosion resistance as well as long life and reliable operation.
Mounting:
The light is permanently mounted via three screws. A detachable, interlocking stainless steel mounting plate simplifies mounting. Three mounting holes secure the plate to the surface. Interlocking brackets and a machine screw at the back of the unit secures the plate to the Golight.
Power:
This light operates with 12 volts DC and draws 5.5 amps, making it ideal for vehicles, boats, ATVs, and similar sources of 12 volt direct current. On this particular model, the light ends in a 1 foot pigtail with stripped and tinned leads. The operator must provide wiring from the battery and/or fuse box to the light. 16 AWG is recommended.
Light Output:
The lamp in this Golight Stryker is a 65 watt Halogen Cr5 Pentabeam II bulb which produces 1,300 lumen. This bulb is paired with tight focus flood beam optics to produce a flood beam 50 feet in length by 75 feet in width. This lamp has a 6000K color temperature, giving it very good color rendering and contrasting properties and the ability to clearly and sharply illuminate objects.
