Made in the USA The Larson Electronics HAL-DL-31LV-48 hazardous location dock light provides operators with a powerful and energy efficient alternative to traditional hazardous location luminaries. LED technology and the swing arm design makes this lamp an excellent replacement upgrade option for less durable and efficient halogen or HID loading bay and dock lights. This Class 1 Division 2 hazardous location dock light provides 2334 lumens of high quality light while drawing only 31 watts. The copper free aluminum alloy body of the LED light head is powder coated for added durability and an attractive aesthetic appearance. Special heat dissipating design in conjunction with LED technology helps this fixture to achieve an excellent 100,000 hour rated lifespan with 80% lumen retention. The LED light head is configured with a 100 degree configuration for wide area illumination, but is also offered in 30 degree spotlight beam configuration for distance. The high output, cool running operation, and good color rendering properties of this light make it an ideal replacement for older, bulkier, and less reliable metal halide and high pressure sodium lamps. A four foot swing arm constructed of non-sparking aluminum and provides adjustable mounting for this 31 Watt hazardous location LED fixture and allows users to position the light as needed during operations. This swing arm is ideal also for mounting the unit to loading door areas and docks for use as a loading bay or dock light.

Durability/Mounting: The housing of the explosion proof LED light head is constructed of machined aluminum for high strength and durability. The housing is IP66 rated, providing protection against intrusion into the housing from dusts, dirt, oils and water directly sprayed on the housing at high pressure. This design is weather resistant, suitable for indoor or outdoor applications, and ideal for areas where wetness or dusty conditions are commonly encountered. The LEDs in this unit are Cree X-Lamp XR-E units that have been chosen for their high lumen per watt ratio and extreme long life. These Cree LEDs provide over 90 lumens per watt output and have a 70% lumen retention at 100,000 hours, giving them better efficiency and operational life than comparable LEDs. Wiring/Power: These hazardous location LED lights are equipped with 6 feet of cord containing a standard two wire (White+ Black-) connecting configuration. These lights operate from 12 to 24 volt DC current and draw 31 watts 2.64 amps on 12 VDC and 33 Watts 1.4 amps on 24 VDC. Versatility: The HAL-DL-31LV-48 is ETL approved for Class 1 Division 2 groups A,B,C and D locations. This unit carries an IP66 waterproof rating ensuring protection against ingress from dusts, dirt, oils and water sprayed at high pressure directly on the fixture. This light is ideal for indoor or outdoor applications and industrial operations with hazardous location classification where dusty or wet conditions are commonly encountered.
