| The HAL-EMG-12W-2LH-50HZ from Larson Electronics is a Class I Division 2 Explosion Proof Emergency 50Hz Lighting Unit. The HAL-EMG-12W-2LH-50HZ is designed to be able to withstand harsh conditions and hazardous environments with a durable fiberglass construction. This 16W Halogen Emergency Light operates on 120-277V AC voltage and includes a sealed lead acid battery for emergency situations. The HAL-EMG-12W-2LH-50HZ is a 50Hz fixture that is rated for Class I Division 2 Groups A, B, C & D hazardous locations as well as Class I Zone 2 IIA, IIB and IIC classified areas. This emergency exit sign is constructed from durable fiberglass and is corrosion and vandal resistant. The emergency light is fully sealed and has a NEMA 4X rating for protection against the ingress of dust and water. This emergency light also features an LED status indicator light and a magnetic test switch. A front access panel door allows for easy installation and maintenance while a stainless steel breather valve provides ample ventilation. Light Heads: The dual emergency light heads on the HAL-EMG-12W-2LH-50HZ each consist of one 8W halogen light inside of high impact thermoplastic housings. Each light is a weatherproof Par36 style emergency head finished in a neutral gray.The emergency head design features a locking collar to securely hold each lens in place. The light heads are completely adjustable for precise positioning. Power/Voltage: The HAL-EMG-12W-2LH-50HZ operates on 120-277V AC voltages. Battery: The HAL-EMG-12W-2LH-50HZ features maintenance free sealed lead acid batteries that provide an emergency runtime of at least 90 minutes. This emergency light uses a high-efficiency two-stage charger that features precise float voltage control as well as low voltage disconnect protection. The charger on the HAL-EMG-12W-2LH-50HZ also has brownout and short circuit protection. The recharge time on the included batteries is 24 hours. Mounting: The HAL-EMG-12W-2LH-50HZ is designed for surface wall mounting and features four stainless steel mounting feet for simple and precise installation. Applications: Extraction rooms, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, chemical plants and any other hazardous locations or areas with harsh locations that require exit signage with emergency lighting capabilities. |
