The Larson Electronics HDTL-LED-2X-M-30-24V is a wired magnetic tow light consisting of (2) round 2lb tow lights, (2) 90# temporary magnetic mounts, a 30ft standard cable ending in a customizable trailer plug, 7†of wire space between the two tow lights, and a provided 24V to 12V step down transformer for inline installation. The durable LED lights on this unit are stop, trail and turn capable and emit a very visible red light that is very clearly signaled to other drivers, helping prevent rear end accidents and other potential road oversights.
The HDTL-LED-2X-M-30-24V is an all-weather, shock proof tow light with stop, tail, and turn capabilities, mounted on the towed vehicle by two 70lb grip magnetic mounts, and powered through a 30†cable connected to the trailer’s trailer plug. This unit can be fully operational even in the worst weather conditions and because the LED lights are so bright, potential road accidents can be avoided. These tow lights are light weight and only 4†in diameter, 6†in height, and 2.5†in depth and are quickly and easily transported from one towing situation to another.
This unit utilizes LED light technology, which retains the brightness and evenness of the red signal light, uses less amperage, and can be seen at further distances and in normal day time light. LED lights do not heat up like traditional lights, which eliminates any concern for handling the unit after a long period of use. A 24V to 12V transformer is provided for operators who wish to operate 12V equipment. This transformer must be installed inline.
