This spotlight has a 35 watt HID bulb which produces a light beam approximately 2500’ long by 80’ wide. This spotlight operates on 120-277V AC and includes an encapsulated transformer terminated in an industrial grade cord cap for connecting to wall plugs. This durable and weatherproof spotlight is ruggedly designed to withstand heavy duty use and includes an encapsulated weatherproof transformer equipped with an industrial grade plug for connecting to wall outlets. This light contains a single 35 watt HID bulb paired with a precision aluminum reflector and borosilicate hardened glass lens to produce a powerful 3200 lumen, 15 million candlepower light beam that reaches 2500 feet in length and 80 feet in width. This beam is strong enough to allow operators to read signs, license plates, addresses and other similar markings at the far end of its total range. This spotlight is built for durability and comfort with an impact resistant housing, an ergonomically designed 5 inch tall polycarbonate handle that matches the contours of your hand, and a light head that can be adjusted vertically. The 5.5 inch diameter lamp and reflector assembly is protected by a borosilicate hardened glass lens that is sealed against water and dust to provide an IP67 rating and weatherproof protection. A simple on/off toggle switch is located on the side of the handle for easy operation and power options include 120-277 volt AC for use with most common electrical systems. This spotlight is ideal for utility workers, sportsmen, industrial/commercial operators and anyone who needs a portable yet powerful and rugged source of illumination.

Voltage: The drivers in this unit provide the ability to automatically monitor and adjust input current to maintain the correct LED voltage levels regardless of input levels across a specific range. These light towers can operate on current ranging from 90 to 305V AC or 127 to 431V DC without any modifications necessary as a result. This ability to sense and adjust input current also provides protection against voltage spikes and drops that can occur in electrical systems which would otherwise result in burning up or premature LED failure without it.

Wiring and Plug: This handheld spotlight is equipped with 25` of 16/2 chemical and abrasion resistant SOOW cord that is fitted with a waterproof quick disconnect Deutsch connector leading to the encapsulated inline transformer. The line-in cable to the transformer consists of 10` of 16/3 SOOW cord terminated in an industrial grade cord cap for easy connection to common wall outlets. Plug options include standard 5-15 15 amp straight blade plug for 110V wall outlets with ground, standard 6-15 15 amp straight blade plug for 220-240V wall outlets with ground, NEMA L5-15 15 amp twist lock plug for 125V twist lock outlets, NEMA L6-15 15 amp twist lock plug for 240V twist lock outlets, British BS1363 13 amp fused 3-blade plug for United Kingdom outlets, or a two pin 16 amp rated Schuko plug with ground contact and socket for European outlets up to 250V. Alternatively, we can provide flying leads with no plug for hard wire applications or for operators who prefer to wire in user provided cord caps. Please choose pigtail option below for flying leads with no plug. Other cords, including 16 foot coil cord with cigarette plug (C-16-CC-CP), 21 foot cords with ring terminals (C-21RT), 16 foot cord with spring battery clamps (alligator clips) (C-16BC) and a 16 foot straight cord with cigarette plug (C-16CP) are available. This light can be ordered in either 12 volt or 24 volt configuration, allowing it to be used with any vehicle or ATV equipped with a cigarette plug. Choose voltage below when ordering. Durability-Convenience: The HUL-18-HID-110V Spotlight is constructed of impact resistant materials including a nylon housing and polycarbonate handle. The lamp assembly contains an aluminum reflector and borosilicate hardened glass lens. The lamp assembly is sealed against water and dust and the entire unit is IP67 rated waterproof to 1 meter. Versatility: The entire unit weighs only 1.2 lbs. The light head is mounted to the handle with an adjustable hinge that allows the head to be adjusted vertically. The five inch tall handle is ergonomically designed to fit the contours of your hand for a comfortable grip. This unit is ideal for hunting as well as military, security and law enforcement use and any application that requires an extremely durable and effective source of portable illumination.
