The IND-LQ-HB-1000W-LED-X24I from Larson Electronics is a High Mast Stadium LED Flood Light that offers intense light output and is ideal for flood lighting, high mast lighting, light towers, as well as industrial and outdoor lighting applications. Producing 110,000 lumens and equipped with an IP65 waterproof rating, this LED flood light features a remote power supply that is protected by a weatherproof enclosure, the water pump, hose and wiring (for the power supply) are sold separately. The IND-LQ-HB-1000W-LED-X24I LED light from Larson Electronics produces 110,000 lumens of high intensity light while drawing only 1,000 watts at 4.34 amps from a 240 volt electrical system. High output Cree® XTE LEDs are paired with a high purity polished aluminum reflector to produce a well focused 10° spot beam that is ideal for providing far reaching concentrated illumination. We also offer optional reflector a 60° flood beam spreads for covering wide areas. The spot beams are tightly focused and are designed for high elevation mounting to achieve distance, making spot versions ideal for high mast and spots lighting. The flood beams are designed to provide more light over a larger area nearer the fixture, making flood versions ideal for use as dedicated work and area lights. Proactive cooling for the LED lamp is provided by a water pump and hose (both components sold separately). The cooling system is designed to filter and move heat away from the LED fixture. During use, a remote water supply is connected to the unit via inlet/outlet water hoses. This unit is multi voltage, operating on 110-277 AC 50/60 Hz with a remote mount 120/277V AC to 24V DC step down power supply. The remote mount power supply is protected by a weatherproof enclosure, the component must be wired to the system after installation. Wiring for connection between the lamp and power supply is sold separately (we can supply wiring at customer-specific lengths upon request and additional payment). They offer low power requirements, high durability and a versatile mounting system that makes these LED light emitters a superior lighting solution for demanding applications where power and reliability is critical. LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied, providing instant illumination with no warm up or cool down time before re-striking. Because there is no warm up period, this light can be cycled on and off with no reduction in lamp life. LED lights run at significantly cooler temperatures than traditional metal halide and high pressure sodium lights and contain no harmful gases, vapors, or mercury, making them both safer and more energy efficient. No extra energy is wasted in cooling enclosed work areas due to external heat emissions from bulb type lights, and the operator risks associated with traditional lighting methods, such as accidental burns and exposure to hazardous substances contained in the glass bulbs, are eliminated. In addition, LEDs are also safer for the environment as they are 100% recyclable, which eliminates the need for costly special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps. Heat Management: Heat is the single largest factor in premature LED failure and color shifting. These LED units features a cast aluminum heat sink with copper heatpipes behind the reflector assembly to control heat buildup along with gear-slotting fin technology to dissipate heat. This heat sink is designed to allow ample air flow through the fixture, cooling the unit during operation. This allows for more thorough cooling of the LEDs for extended operating periods and allows the LEDs to be driven at up to 90% capacity without overheating or visible loss of light output. The end result is more light with less heat and longer LED life with an average 70% lumen maintenance after 50,000 hours. Durability: As well as unparalleled heat control, the IND-LQ-HB-1000W-LED-X24I series of LED lights from Larson Electronics also offer IP65 rated construction that is designed to withstand extremes of environmental and operating conditions. These units can withstand rapid temperature changes of -40° Celsius to +50° Celsius, are waterproof, and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The housings are formed from die cast aluminum lens is constructed of impact and shatter resistant polycarbonate. The Cree® XTE LEDs help these units achieve resistance to vibrations and are rated at 70% lumen maintenance after 50,000 hours of use. We recommend these LED lights for use in applications where a lot of vibration, dust, dirt, dampness and abusive working conditions are encountered. Voltage: The drivers in this unit provide the ability to automatically monitor and adjust input current to maintain the correct LED voltage levels regardless of input levels across a specific range. These light towers can operate on current ranging from 100 to 277V AC (stepped down to 24V) without any modifications necessary as a result. This ability to sense and adjust input current also provides protection against voltage spikes and drops that can occur in electrical systems which would otherwise result in burning up or premature LED failure without it. The extruded aluminum body and LED lamp give this light excellent durability and resistance to vibration and impacts. The housing is specially designed to dissipate heat which increases the efficiency and lifespan of the LEDs and electronics. Mounting: Each unit is equipped with a back mount trunnion style mounting bracket that allows the light to be attached to flat surfaces and adjusted through 240° of vertical movement. To adjust the unit after mounting, the user simply loosens the set screws located on either side of the unit, moves it into the desired position, then re-tightens the screws. The base of the mounting trunnion is equipped with several machined slots which allow users to utilize existing mounting holes and slide the unit for precise mount positioning. |
