This unit is Made In USA - Manufactured in Texas The Larson Electronics IND-UC.360-RPS-R4-RBB-BX-24-1L-UVC-V3-NR-1X UV Sanitation Robot kills 99% of viruses, bacteria, mold, and spores in large facilities, such as manufacturing sites and warehouses. This battery-powered UV cart offers UV-C output at a range of 200nm - 280nm (254nm) and comes equipped with one UVC fluorescent lamp. The unit can be used with autonomous robots (sold separately) for transporting and deploying the sanitation cart around facilities without manual assistance. A charging base for the UV disinfection device is included. *Please note: This product produces UV light. Make sure to follow all safety guidelines and protocols found in the user manual. UVC light in the proper setting kills up to 99.9% of viruses, mold, spores and bacteria. * The IND-UC.360-RPS-R4-RBB-BX-24-1L-UVC-V3-NR-1X is a powerful sanitation solution for industrial sites and commercial facilities. Equipped with one UVC fluorescent lamp, this UV cart offers output within the 200nm - 280nm UV-C range (254 nm). The 55-watt light has an expected lifespan of 8,000+ hours and emits a flood beam pattern. This UV system caters to a 15' x 15' area with full, 360 degrees of coverage. Total UV irradiance is 156 uW/cm2. Cooling fans below the lamps keep the unit running optimally. With a delay of 1 minute and 30 seconds at startup, this battery-powered UV cart can be deployed using a robot base (sold separately) in contaminated areas to minimize UV exposure risks.

The UV cart is made out of 304 stainless steel and features spring-loaded lamp sockets, which make it easier to switch out lamps. A wire guard protects the UV lamps from tampering or accidental bumping. Two safety goggles (not full face masks) and four safety signs (to warn individuals about ongoing UV sanitation) are included with the light. With a recommended 20-25 minute exposure time for viruses, multiple carts can be purchased to cover larger areas quicker. The UV light can disinfect over 99% of bacteria, viruses, mold, and spores. Battery Charging: With an 80 aH lithium-ion battery, each unit offers 8 hours of runtime on a full charge. Charging takes two hours to complete. The charging process is facilitated by a charging base.

Wiring/Plug: The charging base is equipped with 15 feet of 16/3 chemical and abrasion resistant SOOW cord that is fitted with an industrial grade cord cap for easy charging connection to common wall outlets. Plug options include standard 5-15 15 amp straight blade plug for 110V wall outlets with ground or NEMA L5-15 15 amp twist lock plug for 125V twist lock outlets. Alternatively, we can provide flying leads with no plug for hard wire applications or for operators who prefer to wire in user provided cord caps. Please choose pigtail option below for flying leads with no plug. UV Cart Mount: The UV cart is secured on a sturdy base with legs. The legs allow clearance for the robot (not included) to position itself under the unit before autonomous transportation. Slots at the bottom match up with the robot base before elevating the UV cart. Additionally, the legs protect the UV disinfection cart from dirty or wet floors. Note on Environment: Sunlight and visible light fixtures do not impact the effectiveness of the disinfecting on this UVC sanitation product. Metal halide, high pressure sodium, fluorescent, and LED light fixtures can be left on. The UV radiation emitted from this product is not disrupted by any type of lighting in the environment. Put simply, NO it DOES NOT need to be dark in the area you plan to disinfect. The UV radiation is harmful to the eyes and skin, and that is why you should not be in the area while it is in operation.
