| The LM-8-5-3S-FM-RB-1000LB from Larson Electronics is a 3-Stage Light Mast with 1,000 lb Payload Capacity that provides a safe and effective way for operators to quickly deploy lights, security cameras and other equipment to elevations of up to eight feet. This light tower features a 1,000 pound payload capacity and plate mounting platform at the top of the mast for mounting customer provided equipment. Capable of rotating 360°, the heavy-duty mast comes with a wide foundational base at the bottom of the pole for support. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO LIGHT MASTS OR LIGHT TOWERS* This telescoping three stage steel light mast from Larson Electronics is designed to allow operators to quickly and safely deploy lighting, cameras, and screens, or other high payload equipment in locations where this equipment must be elevated to heights up to 8` for effective coverage. The tower is constructed of square steel tubing with a lower section 42" in length and 7" by 7" by 1/4" thick, a middle section 46.8" in length and 5" by 5" by 3/16" thick, and an upper section 49.8" in length and 3" by 3" by 1/8" thick with 1` overlap. This light boom can be extended to 8` for maximum area coverage and collapsed to 5` for applications where a smaller footprint is required. The mast, which can be rotated 360°, is elevated by pressing down on the end of base stage, elevating the mast into the upright position. The mast is extended to its full height using an included 3,200 lb hand winch with 3/16" galvanized cable. The LM series of towers are powder coated with glossy blue finish for corrosion resistances and aesthetics or galvanized for superior corrosion resistance. The LM family of telescoping towers feature a proprietary mast guidance system, which provides increased stability during high winds. When lowered to 5`, the mast can withstand winds up to 125 mph. This light tower weighs approximately 250 lbs and can easily support and lift 1,000 lbs fixtures. The entire tower assembly is shipped via common freight carrier and when shipped measures approximately 6` long, 4` wide, 3` tall and weighs approximately 400 lb. Larson Electronics can custom tailor these units to the customer`s requirements with longer sections and larger mounting plates. This mast is equipped with a 3,200 lb manual winch. Mounting: The LM-8-5-3S-FM-RB-1000LB is offered with a 18" x 18" square wide base at the bottom of the mast for robust support. This feature utilizes a wide foundational base at the bottom of the pole with two bolts at every corner (total of 8). A total of four vertical right-angle plates, located at every side of the square pole, provides additional support for the foundational base, ensuring it does not warp or bend. Suggested Applications: Temporary lighting, construction sites, and security camera deployment.
