| Made in the USA The LM-SMWB-50-5S-ATM from Larson Electronics is a 50` 5-Stage Skid Mounted Mast that provides a safe and effective way for operators to quickly deploy equipment to elevations up to fifty feet. This light tower is mounted onto a skid base and folds over for easy transportation, features a rotating boom that allows for 360° of rotation, and a removable mast head for storing mounted equipment when not in use. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO LIGHT MASTS OR LIGHT TOWERS* The LM-SMWB-50-5S-ATM telescoping steel tower from Larson Electronics is designed to quickly and safely deploy equipment in locations where elevated operation is needed for maximum area coverage. This light boom can be extended to 50 feet for maximum area coverage and collapsed to 13 feet for applications where a smaller footprint is required. The tower is constructed of square steel tubing with a base section 11` in length and 6" x 6" by 3/16" thick, lower section 11` in length and 5" x 5" by 3/16" thick, middle section 11` in length and 4" x 4" by 1/8" thick, an upper section 11` in length and 3" x 3" by 1/8" thick, and a top section 11` in length and 2" x 2" by 1/8" thick. Each section has a 15-18" overlap. The mast is elevated using an included 2,500 lbs hand winch with 3/16 inch cable and extended to its full height using a second 2,500 lbs winch. This telescoping mast is equipped with an antenna mount pole (OD 3") at the top of the tower. Operators may use the trailer to store communication devices and other supporting equipment, such as cables, electronics, amplifiers, monitoring systems, cameras, handheld tools, lights and more. The LM family of telescoping towers feature a proprietary mast guidance system, which provide increased stability during high winds. When lowered to 13 feet, the mast can withstand winds up to 125 mph. The LM series of towers are powder coated with glossy blue finish for corrosion resistance and aesthetics. This light mast is mounted to a 16` skid base with four side skid pockets to allow for fork lifts and skid steers to transport this unit from all four sides of the unit. A support arm at the end of the skid supports the mast in the collapsed position. The weighted base allows this mast to be deployed without permanently mounting the mast, and includes anchor holes to anchor the unit down for long term deployment. This light tower weighs approximately 600 lbs, can easily support and lift 50 lbs (maximum) fixtures or equipment. The entire tower assembly is shipped via common freight carrier and when shipped measures approximately 16.5 feet long, 4 feet wide, 5 feet tall and weighs approximately 1200 lbs. Larson Electronics can custom tailor these units to the customer`s requirements with longer sections and larger mounting plates. We also offer a choice of either the manual 1,000 lbs hand winches included standard or optional electric winches.
